custompatchfactory.com Reviews

The patches came out perfectly and we’re very easy to attach. The customer service was terrific as well. I’ll definitely order again !!

The team worked tirelessly, making multiple adjustments to make sure that it was exactly as we wanted it. The quality was great, and everything was perfect!

Great customer service. They reached out proactively with adjustments to the art after I had approved a mock up because they felt it could be better. Would definitely order again.

Came out great. Love it

The customer service is above and beyond. They took such care to make sure the patch turned out perfect. It did!!!

Excellent communication. Product exceeded my expectations

Custom Patch Factory's website was super easy to use and we needed items delivered within a short window. I was easily able to get 2 badge types uploaded with 3 different backings and my proofs were ready near instantly. Delivery was quick and the quality is great. Would definitely use again!

The service was good overall. We like the quality of the patch, but I did submit a change that somehow you guys didn't get. So we aren't happy with the patch. Shipping was great and was way faster than I expected.

The patches appear to be of a high quality and the colors are vibrant. The process to design and order them was easy and went smoothly. Also the price was great.

This was so much easier to do than previous times I’ve tried to get patches. I appreciate you willing to work with an AI image rather than a real mockup. I can’t believe how quickly these got made and delivered.

How do I order more if I need to?

I needed my order to be rushed and then I put the wrong billing address in when I was checking out. I received an email and feared it would all get delayed. A real person reached out and helped me fix my mistake. It was handled so quickly and my error was solved and the order went into production on time. My order arrived and was beautiful. Great quality! Better than I hoped! Would definitely order again!

Patches were terrific and everybody loves them! They were delivered rapidly, too. Tim Woods, Wind, Water, Woods, Wisdom LLC

Patches were nice. However my completed design was not done correctly on patch. Something about size of embroidery could not be smaller than a certain mm. When I approved that note, thought that was just a note. Note did not ask if I wanted them to be bigger or make everything fit. Was my first time ordering patches.

Another great patch.. another great experience. Repeat customer. Thanks!

The order arrived quickly and we are happy with the patches!

A bit hard to communicate with, but they were responsive, the patches arrived well ahead of the guaranteed date, the price was great, and they look good. Would buy from again.

My patches were delivered on time.
The patches turned out wonderful. I very happy with the product and the service.

It was easy and a fair price.

This was easy to order, they responded quickly to requests to review proofs and the actual patch before the final patch came in. This was a very fast turnaround!

Great product and excellent customer service. A quick design, multiple small edits over a couple days, and patches arrived in just a few weeks,
