custompatchfactory.com Reviews

Upmost professionalism through and through. very fast delivery and the product was of great quality. no details left out. We have received many complements on these patches. We will definitely be ordering again from custompatchfactory.com

Customer service was patient and efficient. Production and shipping time was quick. Product quality was great. Loved how the patches turned out.

The final product was awesome. I used the extra feature to have one patch done before mass production (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). It was awful. The options I selected needed some refinement. The customer service helped me modify my order to get exactly what I was looking for. Excellent experience and fast delivery of quality patches!

Once all the specs were updated, the product came out awesome. The process was very easy. I truly like the fact that I was able to approve everything step by step

The quality of the patches is amazing! The proof process was easy, and the customer service reps were helpful.

Ordering was easy and the proofsto approve were sent quickly. The patches came looking just like the proofs and applying them to hats was effortless. These will be my patches going forward

Easy to order
Nice product
Fast service

After talking with a bunch people we were able to get great quality woven patch! Very happy with order and will be ordering from these guys again.

Extremely satisfied with my order of pvc patches. Their team was thorough when bringing my design to life and customer support was always available. They ensured the patch met my expectations before starting production. I will definitely be placing future orders with them.

The communication with their designers made the process fast and relatively easy. I've never worked with a company that was this fast with artwork changes. They didn't try to completely change my artwork like other companies I've used in the past. They do their best to use what they can from your submissions.

Quick in providing a mockup, very reasonable pricing, speedy production, and speedy shipping.

Great customer service! Wasn't 100% with the first proof and they made suggestions/adjustments to make the patch perfect! Great quality, patches are a hit!

Amazing quality of patches and great communication about the design! Will definitely be ordering again!

The proof initially provided had a mistake (hadn't followed clear instructions provided in the order.) I was able to correct it prior to production, but on receipt of my order, the colors were incorrect--a light red that was correct on a color-corrected screen in the proof showed up in the finished product as a truly hideous orange salmon.

The patches arrived on Monday for a Saturday event. On receipt, I immediately (within two hours of delivery) reached out to the team with pictures demonstrating the problem. They offered to remake the order, but they were unable to do so in time for my event, which made the offer useless. They then instead offered me $20 in compensation (again, remember that the product was so bad they offered to remake it!), which I rejected. They came back again offering their "maximum refund" of $30, which I also rejected. At that point they circled back again (despite the "maximum refund" language, indicating that it was a lie) but I didn't want to waste any more time and instead decided to warn other buyers via this review.

(Interestingly, when checking the review link, "I am satisfied" sends you here and "I am not satisfied" sends you to an internal feedback form--clearly review manipulation as well.)

I comparison shopped extensively, and their prices are the best available for small-batch if you are careful about what options you select... but if you care about quality, I wouldn't go with them. At least not unless you have extensive lead time for multiple rounds of revisions.

This was a lot easier than I would have imagined. I uploaded the artwork that I desired, adjusted the size, picked the type of patch and sooner than I would have expected, I had them in my hand! Custom patches that could not have been easier. Great quality to boot!

The patches turned out great but the ordering process could have been easier. It took multiple back and forth emails to get the design to look as it should. I was also charged another $35 during this process.

Quick, simple, and the patches turned out great! They even double checked with me when a word on the patch was hard to read to see if any changes needed to be made. Thanks so much!

Easy ordering and customer service has been great!

Exact reproduction from my submitted design.
Customer Service via chat was also super helpful.

Awesome process and product! They look perfect and incredibly professional. Great communication. Will definitely utilize again!
