If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I ordered what I thought would be a custom metal holder for my husband’s hunting bow. What I received were a few cheap pieces of aluminum not even assembled and wouldn’t support a dog leash! Stay away from customgifts.com!

Save your money. Never mind that customer service doesn't answer email, they are completely false. False advertising of "glass" balls, with cats inside turns out to be bad in two ways: all are only plastic, of the kind you can buy at the dollar store....... some are not quite even 2 inches in size, and the "photo" inside, not a cat, is placed upside down! At 13 US$ each, this $112 expenditure is worth suing for. I am disgusted, and of course they have not responded to my concerns.

The Worst! Items were delivered to the wrong address. Have a letter from the shipper. They will not give me my money back. Telling me to get video to prove it. As if it’s my fault. These were Christmas gifts and obviously not needed anymore. Do not buy from them!

If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat! DO NOT BUY! Not only did my two items come 3 weeks later, there was a stain on my shirt, the shirt looked like a 10 year old did it, the name was so much smaller than advertised and the shirt was supposed to be an adult medium but a pre-teen can fit in this shirt! The blanket I ordered for my daughter, the pictures are so dark on one of the pics all you can see is the eyes! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! After reading other reviews, it will take a lot of back and forth and probably a 10% discount on the next order. THERE WILL BE NO NEXT ORDER! I will eat the almost $100 but bet your ass I will be telling everyone I know to leave a negative review! I will be going to every website that this company advertises and leave a negative review!

DO NOT BUY, blatant false advertising, the bottles arrived with the most horrendous sticker type things on them, I thought it was a joke but appears they think they can advertise something and deliver something totally different and take no responsibility for it. Total waste of money, offered a 20% discount and even admitted that they were having troubles with their factory. To return the wrong item you pay for the freight to return and they might refund their lackluster product minus the freight......absolute joke!

DO NOT BUY!! Product is not as described at all. Shows a handprints bottle but all i got was crap and the most they can offer is a 20% refund for the result. They just printed my pictures on a cricut machine or similar and stuck it to the bottle. No thought went into the product. It is not worth the $45 i spent and I shall be taking this further for the false advertisement..

Thought this was gonna be a great Christmas present but now disappointed with the product and don't want to even gift it now.

Fraud company. They will take your money and run. I’m in the middle of filing a lawsuit for fraud against this company. Avoid at all costs.

absolutely worst customer service i have received. I was assured before ordering they would be able to show me the proof of the sweater as i wasn't sure i would like the colouring i chose and i needed it by a specific date which i also clarified with the company before ordering otherwise i would have found something else for a gift. they assured me they would be able to do all of my requests and ended up meeting none of them. when i voiced my displeasure with them and reiterated again that i had originally made it clear that if the deadline was not possible i did not want to order it. they then told me they were unable to cancel the order and that the employee who had approved my request had resigned and did not inform anyone at the company of the request only to find out that was a lie as the same lady who approved my original request emailed me again shortly after.

Absolutely loved the design! Would be even better if the photo quality was clearer.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a custom embroidered jumper, provided a photo as requested. The product I received looked nothing like the photo provided. When I reached out to request a remake or refund, I was only offered a 10% refund! Insane! If you make an error on a product, you should fix it free of charge. Worst experience ever. I had to escalate to PayPal just to get a refund, in the end I had to pay to ship the incorrect product back just to get a refund. Terrible!

I had to come on here to review this site because after I ordered I thought oh my God this might not be a real company… wish I could post a picture of the adorable sweater I got! I mean it’s not exactly the same size lettering.. but it’s cute and it’s comfortable and it’s adorable! I got large so it would be oversize and it is nice. (And does look just like my Batman!) I wanted to review so people could see that it was legit if they felt like I did. I would order so many more

Poor design on a t shirt I purchased- misshaped from the photo I sent, and way too large for the shirt. They only would give me 20% off, which is nothing. Poor customer service that does not admit fault.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from them and didn't receive a confirmation email from them or anything. I'm pretty on top of security when it comes to my bank but stepped outside my comfort zone for this gift. Next thing I know I'm getting charged $390 to a bar in Florida when I'm in Washington state. Called my banks fraud department to have them cancel this order and my card.

Would give 0 star if I could. I asked them before if it can be shipped within 2 weeks for my special day with my wife, and they said yes. Guess what it never come until now. I just received the tracking number a day ago, and it is still in China. Why?????? It has been 15 days already. They reply me back by asking me waiting more and a compensate of 5% discount. Are you serious????? Stay away from this unreliable company.
