Es una estafa. Pagas una pequeña cantidad y una vez tiene tu número de tarjeta, al cabo de unos días empieza a hacerte cargos con el concepto de subscripción premium (que en ningún momento has pedido).

⭐ 1 Star – Billing Issue
I paid SAR 2.20 to try CVtools Pro and found the resume-making tools useful (4⭐). However, SAR 129.95 was later charged unexpectedly while I could not access my account. Although the subscription was canceled, my refund request was not approved and requested screenshots I cannot provide due to no account access.
