I had trouble figuring out what server package to get for Minecraft and the calculator was there maybe as a guide but asking for help from the customer specialist was game changing because Juan helped me tremendously , from choosing the right package to helping with file transfer and lettings me know if there are any other files that i need to transfer , also there are helpful links to help with setting up server but i like talking to ppl. everything is all setup and ready to use . Thank you for everything

Juan helped me fix my server and talked me through changing values in the code. I've always been TERRIFIED of code and have always left it to the hubby so i don't have to touch it, but Juan was there to save me with his knowledge and patience! 10/10 customer service!

The front end assistance is great lorem has been helping me over several days and is always professionalin responces even when im attempting to be funny (im not funny ) , the back end assistance should you need to make a ticket , not so much , this is mainly due to a staffing shortage that contributes to long wait times for responce . That said thier responses are typically helpful when i can explain properly the issue and always professional. Just that wait time kills me and stresses out our players who monetize thier live streams.

Our server had corrupted while playing palworld and needed to be rebuilt , so this ment we had to get a new server node. That in of its self was not a bad thing except our back up of the game's save data did not follow through with the server node change and we lost everything. We had 8 players loose every that they worked and built to get in game.... its been over twelve hours at time of writing this that we are still waiting to see if the backend server help through the ticket system can help us recover our lost game data. Our server was down since before april we only got it back up and running 2 days ago on april 9th granted this was also around Easter so ... spring break more players more issues. So im giving a 3 star but this can change. If we can not get our old game data recovered our players will probably like us to request a months refund or another form of repayment for services unable to be rendered due to system error not at players fualt, once we have completed the server help ticket I will be happy to update this review.

Pretty easy for someone like me with near to no knowledge about running a server to get into and the price point is fantastic. Juan was willing to answer even my silliest questions when it came to getting things running! Thanks Cybrancee!

I had a really good experience with Lorem from support. I was trying to set up a Terraria tModLoader server and ran into a bunch of issues, especially with uploading my world and matching the server settings. It honestly took me around 2 hours of troubleshooting.

Lorem was patient the whole time and guided me step by step, asking for screenshots and explaining exactly what needed to be changed. The issue ended up being related to the world file naming and server configuration, which I wouldn’t have figured out on my own.

Even when I was a bit all over the place trying different things, they stayed helpful and responsive. In the end, everything worked perfectly and I was able to join my server with the correct world.

Really appreciate the support — made a frustrating setup way easier. Thanks again! 😄
