Bury St Edmunds store is excellent for service!

We went to a few large retailers so our soon to be 10year old daughter could pick a bike for her present. We found nothing!
Then came here, the staff were extremely helpful/knowledgeable & she found the perfect bike which she is over the moon with! This proper bike shop is an appsolute gem & will definitely go back for any future purchases. Thankyou

Had a few issues with the first delivery but the team was ON IT immediately and accepted a replacement option.

I’ve used this shop many times, for a variety of things, including buying an electric bike, repairs I’ve needed, maintenance and upkeep, service. And every time I’ve been in, every staff member is always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with anything I need. Very happy with my son's purchase of a dropper post. It was slightly more than on another site ,but when I looked at their trust pilot reviews , I avoided and ordered from here instead!! Excellent service, delivery was supper quick and I've got a very happy son!

Assembly was fairly straight forward, although I did have to YouTube how to put in the front tyre. The instruction manual didn't really help with this part.

The bike is otherwise in good condition, tyres pumped up and my kids love it
