Great experience
I ordered a set of front forks for an old bike. Firstly, they were able to help with something few bother with now. Communication was great with an email to check that I was happy to go ahead given that the order was for an unusual item. The forks arrived quickly and we're as ordered. Very happy customer.

Excellent service
I popped into Cycle King in Oxford a little while back asking to buy a couple of screws to fix my rear mudguard back on. I offered to pay for the screws, but the guy on the till insisted that I have them for free and, not only that, kindly put them on my bike for me for free. Excellent service!

Amazing collection of almost new bikes
They have an amazing collection of practically new bikes. The service was excellent. The Frog bike we bought was literally half the price of new, looked new, and even had new tyres.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
The team at cycle king are always friendly and helpful.
My sons bike had a frame replaced from the manufacturer who had put the wheel on incredibly tight. Although not purchased at cycle king, they were only too happy to help.
