They have lost my goods and now sending me to the overseas agent to claim the refund but it was them to fail to deliver. I have been fighting to get my refund back for over 6 months
Very slow proces from order to delivery (beginning of June to end of August). During this time there was no information or reply to emails from the company, so I actually thought I the company was a fraud and that my money was lost. Eventually I did receive the product - which was as expected :-)
I changed this review from one star to three (since I did get what I ordered, but delivery too slow and information from the company was inadequate).
The company is fraud. They take your money, but doesn't deliver any product.
I fear that this company does not exist anymore :-(
I received email from paypal, but haven't received any email from the company regarding shipment...
I ordered two online: a white one and a transparent one. After I paid through PayPal I quickly realized that I missed some vital information about my address on PayPal. It's clearly stated that they'll send the order to the address PayPal provides so I don't blame CYCLYK for my own mistake. I send an email to CYCLYK with the correct address the same day I ordered. 7-8 days later my two CYCLYK arrived together in the same envelope stamped with the address I emailed.
I'm giving 4 stars because I never got an answer to my email to confirm that my address had been corrected. I also had to make two separate orders because the website couldn't handle two different CYCLYK in the same order.

Unfortunate experience.
After purchasing via PayPal I received an email a few days later saying the package had been returned to sender due to a wrong address. I double checked my PayPal information which was as it should be. I gave them another shipping address and 2 weeks I still haven't gotten my product. I'm now waiting for my money back as I will not get my item at this point.

We are unhappy you couldn't get your cyclyk, you would have loved it.
But we want to clarify certain things;
You gave PayPal a wrong address and that's the one we used to ship your cyclyk the first time, the address you entered cannot be modified by us, Paypal is a global platform they just transfer the information. Once the Danish postal services sent back to us your cyclyk, We kindly asked you to verify your address, You corrected it and we offered you exceptionally to send it to you for a second time for free. (we could have just blame your mistake and refused to pay the shipping again). Now that it's been sent again very strangely you claimed not to have received it AGAIN.
Your money has been refunded it since last Sunday, We can't understand what happened with your order. We send 3 to 5 cyclyk every day to Danemark and you are the first client that we have a problem like that!
Please enjoy your cyclyk when you will receive it, because you will.
