Good communication didn’t have my complete order so they gave me everything but a few items and the next day emailed saying they can complete it and they did. Then threw a extra tune in.

Purchase and delivery was excellent, although, on some mid level uniques, I'd try to get the highest product available instead of mediocre. Ie. Buriza. Max dmg is 200. I get 145. It is what it is.

I placed an order and didn’t realize I placed it for ladder not non ladder and I contacted support and they switched it over no problems asked!!!

Ordered albeit early in the ladder so the not every item were available at the day of the order. However they worked real fast to obtain the said items with routine daily updates from the support which took it to the next level. The Sheer good support they had is worth 5 Star, That my order took 72 hours to complete was no issue with the support keeping my updated under whole situation.

Had some issues at first having items ready but they worked it out in a reasonable manner.

Order, super easy and I’m always apprehensive with buying stuff like this online that I can’t touch physically when the order is delivered. Got my items within 18 hours email promptly confirming order and at time of delivery (and offer to help mule n transfer) - all around 10/10 actually reordering again right now (seriously…)

+: I really appreciated the customer service (quick, friendly, efficient) and the uncomplicated delivery once the order was completed. When they were not able to deliver a certain item, they offered me a way better item instead.

0: It took three days instead of the stated 24h for the delivery to be completed (nontheless they explained the reaosns for the delay, which I could totally understand)
