they lie about the time
they lie about the time, saying oops its outdated, and dont answer more.
I think for diablo 2, waiting more than 1 hour is long, so more than 24 -_-

Hi there. Our delivery time is stated to be 0-48 hours for D2R, which you accept before being able to pay. Your order was cancelled and refunded after 40 hours due to your order not being fulfilled within the 48 hour deadline, and that you wanted the items right away, which we cannot do. I see we replied you several times in the live chat, and informed you that we could not deliver the items right away, so we offered you a refund instead.

The real deal

Two days were too long for your order i agree 100%, and i even messed up on your grand charm skillers, so it was only fair for you to keep those i messed up, and in the future we will have a better focus on stocking ladder only items, like the forti ebug 30@, as it's not that easy to find mid ladder
Site says 0-24 delivery
Site says 0-24 delivery, been waiting well over that 33 hours + now.
Contacted them via site chat, get told to check my spam folder for the email for delivery, like I wouldn't have already done that hourly seeing as its ladder reset and all.
Should have gone with items7 they might be a little more expensive but at least they've always delivered in a timely manner...
Beginning to think I've been scammed.

Hi there. I checked your order, and the live chat we had going, and we sent you two emails regarding the order, but you received none. We also informed you on live chat that your order will be refunded because it was placed during a ladder reset, so items were not available, sorry.
Nomal i’ts go fast but not when reset has startet 😊

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic. Just like with any company it has its ups and downs. I've had an absolute Grand experience using this company. They've always come through and their customer service is always there to respond. And quite frankly, you cannot beat their pricing. And from time to time they will throw in freebies. Don't count on them... but they do. Thank you D2 chest for going above and beyond.

I didnt get my order ( edit: I got it but took 2 days)
Edited I got my order but late and innitially there was some mixup with order numeber, different on confirmation screen different in the email/payment confirmation..
