Decent supplier okay

I would like to give a 5 stars review to Manu and the entire D4U Wholesale team for all the support that you have and are giving me on scaling my business since 2020.

I've been with you guys for 5 years and it's about time I live an honest review about your service for anyone that needs a bit of info around your business.

After going through the members area, I find myself to have the ability to just place orders. Your software gives me all the details that I need about products, and all i need to do is simply place orders.

I must admit that I've been selling on Amazon for many years and I understand that some suppliers can take more than others, but finally I see every order as an investment and Manu and his team work hard to get the products in the warehouse as fast as they can, dealing with customs issues too for us customers.

If I could give an advise to your subscribers is to place decent size orders to get your items fast, which is what we do to get our products at Amazon as fast as possible.

With all that said, I believe that between supplying products and their prep centre, they have an amazing service which I highly recommend to everyone reading this. Thanks for all the support team!

I joined D4U services in October 2024
The tutorials were easy to follow, and any questions i had or was unsure of, the Group chat on Lark were always happy to help.

software access, and other portals were all easily accessible. Sourcing of products was a bit of a tough one for me, with regards to sustainable income and covering costs.

Tharin was always helpful with advice and would directly link tutorials to make it easier to follow her explanation.

All in all a good and positive experience.

This is the best decision that I made joining up with D4U Wholesale on my Amazon Journey. They are first class people to deal with so helpful and willing to help at any point and to give great advise with any issue I might have. The previous couple of reviews are accurate;

1) There are very few viable products, and virtually zero chance of ever being profitable with their list of available products. The market is saturated for 'their' products, partly by their own staff and owner.
2) Predicted sales numbers are inaccurate in the portal - which would be OK if there were some viable products to sell instead, but there aren't.
3) I believe it would have been profitable if you'd 'got in' several years ago, now D4U are selling a product which they are well aware has no way of being profitable for new users.

On the plus side, support/CS are positive and helpful, especially Tharin.

Overall however, it is a massive waste of time and money

******Which one is it? Either you have received 'threats' of negative reviews from 'this reviewer' or they've never subscribed to your 'service'? Those claims are incompatible, so you're being dishonest about one or both of them, something which embodies D4U and their claims of profitability for its clients, funnily enough...
So, your 'screenshot' is something you've just fabricated, in more ways than one, frankly

If these fake reviews were true, why would our clients be loyal to us for years?"

Firstly, because when it was profitable, many years ago, (what I was sold on, from a friend, but now it is definitely not), you ask your long-standing clients on Lark to counteract the views of people like myself, who signed up within the past year and see it for what it actually is now.

Finally, you don't seem to have any acknowledgement that your blatantly unprofitable service, which takes significant investment from individuals such as myself, affects 'food on the table' for every new client that invests in D4U, when in reality they have no chance of ever making a profit using your company, and will definitely lose time, energy, and money.

Keep making your desperate claims if you want, the writing is surely on the wall...

I tried this service, i was dubious but could'nt find any bad reviews as such so i thought i'd give it a go.

Now the owner is a great sales guy and he will come on here and lie and try discredit everything i type..

You cannot and will not find this helpful in building or scaling an Amazon business, the software is bad and not accurate in the slightest, you buy products from their suppliers and the shipping time will say 3-5 days, this is actually more like 3-5 weeks from ordering to it landing with Amazon.

We noticed on some listings we found they actually pop up and start selling on the listing and actually undercutting you which is absoloutely disgusting and a huge conflict of interest, and if anyone wants proof of this i have it so you can reach out to me before trusting them.

We tried it for a few months until we realised what a complete waste of time and money the whole thing is.

I have been working with the d4u service since 2020 and I know a lot about the company and their services.
The team is very professional and quick to respond especially Tharin. Thank you to her. . They have prep system and wholesalers, and it is easier to work if you have them all in the same place. Of course, sometimes we have some problems like in any business, but the team helps to resolve them quickly. I highly recommend the D4U service to any Amazon seller looking to start their Amazon journey.

If you’re very lucky, you might find a product to sell that could make some profit, but based on my experience, this is a rare occurrence. Between the numerous losses, unkept promises, shipping delays, and unreliable product information, my experience with D4U Wholesale USA has been nothing but frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering this supplier to look elsewhere to avoid the headaches and financial losses I’ve endured.

Thank you for your detailed response. I would like to clarify a few points that were brought up:

Training Attendance & Video Content:
You mentioned that I admitted to skipping most of the video content, but I never made such an admission. Additionally, my email address was recently changed to match my Amazon account by your admin, which may explain why you do not have accurate records of my training attendance and orders. I would appreciate it if you could review your records to confirm this before making such claims. But of course you have the habit of blaming others. Please also note that yes you did give me a one to one call, thank you, but the products you highlighted as profitable after putting the order through were either mismatch or had other issues. Also for your information I had ordered around $4000 worth of products, plus charges.

Blaming Others for the Issues:
While I understand that wholesalers face challenges, my review is based on real experiences where products that initially appeared profitable turned out to have quantity mismatches and matching errors. This is not a matter of being gated or ungated—many of the products showing profits on your platform were affected by these errors, leading to substantial losses. An easy fix would have been proper check by your staff, but again you love to blame others. You mentioned other wholesalers provide even worse records, than definitely they would not be charging extortionate amount like you and still come up with excuses.
Shipping Delays & Multipacks:
Although you claim the software and training cover these issues, I still faced shipping delays and problems even after ordering extra to reach the MOQ and even when following the process outlined. The fact remains that despite using the tools you provided, significant operational issues persisted, impacting my business.

Infringement Issues & Ungating:
I understand that wholesalers do not take responsibility for infringement issues, but I believe better guidance and red flag warnings could have helped avoid the infringement letter I received. While I appreciate the support offered for ungating (I did not get even one successful ungating), the reality is that after six months, I still faced roadblocks to accessing profitable products, which contributed to my dissatisfaction.

In summary, the issues I raised stem not from a lack of engagement on my part but from ongoing problems with product accuracy, mismatches, and delays, which have yet to be resolved.
