Bad service slow delivery wrong size send it.

I won't be buying from Daily Bikers any more if they don't change their ways. It takes almost three weeks for the delivery to arrive by the way I paid for delivery extra . They sent the wrong size. I ordered an XL, but they sent a L instead. The customer service team takes forever to reply to emails. I asked for a refund, but they said I had to print some a label. I probably have to wait around a month for the refund. But with this bad service and attitude I will not be surprised.

Bad quality of products and service

A placed two orders with daily-bikers. One was a great opportunity 90% discount on rear sets the other was spare heel sliders for Sidi Rex boots. The first was cancelled by the vendor after a week - the shop claimed they ran out. I am thinking they screwed up the discount settings and did not want to give away the stock for 10% of the price. Either way: totally unprofessional.
In the second case what they sent was either a knockoff or the sliders were stored in inappropriate conditions: the rubber underlying the sliders was vulcanized with the foil wrap of the package and hardly possible to separate. And that’s 40 EUR piece of plastic for 500 EUR boots…. Or maybe despite the label „Made in Italy” it was manufactured in Asia?… Not sure of that. I am sure however I will nit buy from them any more, ever. And I recommend the same to you.

My package was damaged by FedEx and I was notified that it could not be delivered. I then discovered that it is MY PROBLEM to try to get a refund or replacement. Avoid this company they are a massive…

Avoid this company they are a massive scam!

Like other people have said they will send you the wrong item and refuse to give you a refund. I am having to waste time going via my bank at the moment.

Please do not make the same mistake I did seeing some positive reviews.

I was having a hard time finding this particular product in the US, and i was skeptical ordering from overseas, but it was really painless, prices were competitive, and shipping was fast, i will definitely use this vendor for future purchases.

I was excited to find the So Easy Rider…

I was excited to find the So Easy Rider product available from your company. I was unable to find a quality heated phone case for snowmobiling in the United States. I placed an order with your company for $20 let than the suggested MSRP and it was delivered from France to the United States within a week. I am happy with the product, updates during the shipping process, and the cost. Your company hit the perfect trifecta. Thank you to all.

WRONG ITEM. FRAUDULENT VENDOR

You sent me a different item that was advertised. I sent several emails trying to CONFIRM that the item I was purchasing matched the image that was advertised and you never fully answered the question in your slow, inadequate responses. When the item arrived, I IMMEDIATELY contacted PayPal and am currently in the process of sending it back for a FULL REFUND.
I feel like this is a FRAUDULENT VENDOR with little reguard for the customer. People should NOT SHOP HERE.
