The light is of good quality and is bright and matches the description on the website. There was confusion over the light arriving in two separate parcels which was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the great customer service team.

Abysmal Quality - avoid at all costs!
I just opened an order of a Japanese style light I brought from this store. Not a cheap light I might add but I knew as soon as I looked at the box I was in for disappointment. It had come direct from China (the website gives no indication of this or I wouldn't have ordered). The workmanship was shoddy, there was glue everywhere and the electrical components look suspect - I have serious doubts about how safe they are. Based on the reviews I have ready here - I suspect the email I have written asking for a return for refund will fall on deaf ears. I usually do check Trustpilot before I order and I thought I had, but I can't have. I have been ordering so many things for a house renovation, I must have lost track. Save yourself the hassle and AVOID.

Easy to contact and was very helpful in answering any questions regarding the lampshade and fitting.

Would definitely not recommend this company. Ordered some pendant lights, delivery 7 days. 14 days later they turn up, I no longer need them. I request a return, which I get asked if I would accept 30% refund and keep the lights?! I don’t need the lights as had to buy others due to my new kitchen being fitted. Can only contact via email, address to return is not accepted by Evri and states is not valid. I feel completely conned. Do not buy from this company

The ceiling lamps are beautiful and well made. Daisy Aston offer an efficient and friendly service.

I bought the japanese silk crisp and paid £219 for it. The material is very cheap, there colour looks nothing like the picture and there is glue visible everywhere. Additionally the cables are not compatible with a UK plug. Contacted them and I need to ship it back to the USA at my costs…. Avoid

Delivery took up to 2 weeks but was worth the wait.
We bought these lights in both sizes for a slight difference but cohesion across several different rooms.
They look high spec, seem good quality and were simple to install.

Scam website reselling temu style products for a markup. Awful product quality, terrible finish, disgusting chemical smell. Arrived broken. Shipped straight from China - “Royal Mail” tape across the parcel was laughable. Relieved I did get my refund though.

Excellent service from Daisy Aston – great communication and they quickly sorted out a problem that wasn’t of their making. I’d shop with them again.

Lights are shipped directly from china and the quality is significantly poorer than what is photographed on their website. There is no way to cancel an order and if you want to return your item you have to post it back to china at your own cost.

All five star reviews on trust pilot seem fake.

Ordered the Nordic Vintage chandelier and the quality is very disappointing and not at all as pictured. Despite a returns address in the UK, the returns policy/customer services insists on returning to China for a refund, which is extremely expensive due to size of packaging, not to mention the environmental costs. I would not recommend at all.

Amended. Light fitting arrived very damaged. Dissapoitned. Had tried to contact by phone but number not recognised. They did reply to me by email and quickly arranged to send a replacement. No need to return damaged fitting. Second one appears ok. Package did come from China but then a lot if things are now made in China. Restored my faith. Thank you.
