Received my parcel today from Daisy Shop, Absolutely Terrible items, sent wrong colours that l asked for, also wrong Size, cheaply made, absolutely disappointed. They are Not what they portrait in the advertisement.

Like others have said, I should have checked the reviews! Sent items bearing NO resemblance to what I ordered. They offered a 10% refund plus £10 voucher to spend on my next order. Like I'd ever shop there again!!! Tip: if you want to get at least some of your money back, keep refusing the amount, they went up to 25% but I managed to push them to 30%. Items going in the bin and a stern talking to myself about buying off companies through Facebook! 😡

Oh dear oh dear - when will I learn - DO NOT ORDER FROM COMPANIES ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK. Guess who didn’t read the reviews before placing an order, I don’t suppose I’ll get my money back despite requesting. What they have sent me is going in the bin.

I've only put 1 star because there's no facility for none. Absolutely terrible. Placed an order, well over two weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong items, sent an email, three days to answer. Offered me 10% back and to keep the items or pay for them to be returned myself - to China ! Send a second email, up to 20% back with same terms. Buy from this site at your peril !!!

Scam company sending products that bear no resemblance to that advertised. I should have checked reviews before order. No chance of a refund as others have said. I will watch my bank account for fraudulent activity.

So far I have not received my order which clearly I should not have placed. I believe this is a fraudulent shop.

Bras sent were not as ordered a d sizing far too small. Only way to get a full refund is to post to China too expensive so lost money.DO NOT BUY FROM DAISY SHOP

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Utter rubbish sent, not at all as described, just reiterate what other people have said about trying to get your money back. The email I got in response to my complaint could have been condensed into ‘They were cheap, what did you expect’. Should have known better.

Do not buy from this company. I can reiterate what others have said. Items ordered not fit for purpose. Dreadful quality & not as described. The returns info is misleading & to return them to China is nearly as much as the refund would be. 20% refund offered if not returned. Cost of items to produce probably a quarter of refund!

The wrong items were sent, when I contacted them they said I had to pay for the return even though it was their fault. After several emails they still wouldn't accept that it was their mistake. Disgusting customer service! Please do not buy from this company.

Complete rubbish. The bra was advertised as a G cup. It wouldn’t fit a B cup. Their customer service stinks. Their delivery is atrocious and their products are a complete WASTE OF MONEY. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Plus I’ve complained and all they’ve offered is £10 OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE. As useful as a chocolate teapot!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money please

Don't buy from this shop. I ordered a zip front bra due to arthritis as I can't use hook and eye. They then send hook and eye and refuse to send what I ordered just offered me 5.00 of my next purchase. Why 2ould I buy again when they don't send what's ordered
