This seller provided a fake Tracking number, no activity on the shipment since the 13th of may.... its now the 25th, seller went silent and ignored my questions.

Opened a paypal support case to try and get refunded, seller ordered the pillow insert from amazon... (I could have done that for cheaper)

Uber scammy, would never order from this place again... use diipoo.com if you're looking for custom stuff that actually arrives.

Ordered from Dakimakura.us, went for expedited shipping. At first they said my order was shipped nearly immediately (1-2 days) and provided a tracking number. I watched the tracking over the course of a week or two and saw no updates about it.

Package arrived, undamaged, 11 days after my order. Tracking still says "Label created, not yet in system"

Website seems legit, but their process seems lacking. Though it could have been as simple as a system error.

I have bought a custom daki and been waiting for a while and customer service didn't answer my question correctly at all.

Ordered with fast delivery (UPS ans stuff) December 1, 2021.

It's December 22 and I haven't received the order, plus it's dispatched at a warehouse far from home and as a handi person, I can't go to it so easily.

Customer service is....useless.

Scam website.

Ordered pillow case, pillow,accessories and free gifts.

Only 2 of them arrived. Contacted the customer service, not helpful. Now they ignore me. The free gifts is fine if they are lost in transit, but the pillow and case didn't arrive either. Don't shop with them

I bought the 150x50 cm body pillow (dakimakura) and pillowcase. The pillow case with a printed anime character is very nice, the 2 way tricot fabric feels very soft and it's totally worth it. It took 10 days from order to shipment and the package arrived in about a month from China to EU. But I would suggest you buy the pillow somewhere else or even make your own since the cost of $70 is way too much for a simple fabric and bit of foam to fill it.

I've bought a daki from this website at the beginning of April. I was quite skeptical because their website has quite
- many spelling mistakes,
- looks a bit outdated (copyright symbol from 2018)
- and the reviews on certain items looked out of place (There are reviews on some items which don't relate to that item but to an entire different one.)

I still bought one pillow cover there and the payment was processed quickly.
Well for the tracking number I had to contact the customer service myself. They apparently don't have an emailing system which automatically sends you your tracking number (or oder confirmation, etc.)

Order was shipped three days after placing it. Well, because of the current world situation the shipping was delayed immensely (especially the transition between China and Germany). That's obviously not the comanie's fault.
Once it arrived in Germany which was today (end of May, almost two months), it was delivered to my doorstep very quickly.

I contacted the customer service three times and they often answered in one day (even if it was in broken Engish)
The dakimakura cover looks exactly like the design on the website and the two-way tricot feels as smooth as the cover I bought from another Website (which was a japanese Website)

Speaking of Japanese, this website is managed by a Chinese company, not a Japanese one.
So, not all of the pillow covers there may be the "original" ones created by the artists. So they sell it cheaper than original ones. (like supporting the artists directly, I mean) If you don't like that, you should probably search for a japanese website.
But apparently, they even can make custom pillow covers, if you give them a picture to work with (haven't tried that).

But still, I'm quite satisfied with the daki cover I got. If you want a more..professional looking website, maybe look for another seller.
