Great delivery service, the driver brought the large parcel through to my garden. The garden chairs and table were very easy to put together, however I had one mis-aligned hole where I could get the screw into, but the construction is sturdy enough to withstand that. A nice added touch was the free blanket and goody bag, containing mini bars and packets sweets.

I don't like to give bad reviews and I wanted to give positive one if they would accept return of sofa and collect in 1 weeks as I was told in my first call to customer service. But this not happened. I called many times, until they blocked my number not is just "busy signal" no option to leave voicemail even. Sofa came in damaged box and wrong colour. Currently 1 week and 4 days past since they delivered damage boxes and they are not picking up the phone. I left many voicemail massages asking them to collect item that they sold, still in Boxes and is as it was delivered. By email I was promised that item will be collected "immediately" in this week but 1 week past (10 days)and immediately means something else for them, I don't know what 1 month, 2 months? I got also email to be patient and wait For a text massage from the driver, so far no text massage nothing. I am very disappointed. I ordered cream sofa but not white one. On website was cream, I got white in real. How I know this without opening the boxes? I know because on Thursday 16 April Dako Furniture delivered sofa, 4 boxes were placed in my living room I gave a glims on it and saw a hole size 15cmx10cm I went to the driver, he was closing his van saying "There is a hole there and this hole is revealing fabric of sofa," he told me "I know, I made a pictures of this but I am not here for collection but for delivery and you have to call customer service, but good luck with it, they are hard to get in touch" he gave me witty smile and gone. Living single women in tears. I have 4 boxes in my living room now. Unpacked. I wait for collection over 10 days still no contact from them.I want to return this sofa and get money back.I am now scare that even if they collect the sofa I won't get my money back. I am Polish. And this is Polish company, I was thinking they are good to buy from and I will be treated well. I was never think They will treat me this way. My Mather is disabled, I am a carer and really work hard, adding this extra stress to my life is very overwhelming. I really don't like to add bad reviews, I was hoping they will collect it asap so I could give good review, but this is over a week and I am ignored. Sofa cost about £500 will I ever see my money back? Is this company a scam? Maybe. What kind of company bring wrong colour soda and in damage boxes? Why driver refused to put sofa back to his van when I said I am not happy what he took out from his van?

I ordered a bed frame from Dako, but unfortunately it arrived with a defective part. I reported the issue and have been trying to contact customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any response so far. The damaged component is a key support part for the mattress, which means we’re unable to assemble the bed properly or use it as intended.

Beautiful wardrobe , paid for it to be built the man was so friendly and listen to how I wanted my selves and hangers . While waiting for order to be delivered I was contacted and kept updated on my order . My son recommended I Use this company as he had brought a larger wardrobe last year and had it built also brilliant service thankyou

Great product but delivery/planning is poor. Delivery took a little longer than expected as I couldn’t accommodate the first slot offered. You need to be in to ‘sign’ for it, which is understandable for furniture but in the end it was signed for by the courier and left in my driveway which wasn’t very helpful. The table and chairs are nice though.

'Garden Furniture Set BEGANO' purchased this set and it is absolutely superb! Looks very elegant in the garden and is very comfy! Communication was top tier, quick delivery and the delivery drivers were friendly and even gave us a gift bag of sweet goodies. Added bonus was the furniture cover that I didn't know was included when purchasing the furniture. Will definatley have a look at the other furniture the near future :)

Organise deliveries for stupid times. i.e 10pm on a Saturday night. Is this a one man band company?
