Dakota Lithium Battery Reviews 

It has been over a month since I tried contacting you about my issue with a new product and still have not heard back concerning it yet. It took 12 days to get a reply back informing me that it would take another 2 weeks or more to get an answer. I'm still waiting! This is the worst customer service I have experienced from any company ever. It shows complete disregard to your customers after the sale.

I was having solar panels put on my 5th wheel in 3 days and wanted bigger batteries installed at the same time Dakota company had them here in 2 days ,thank you for that, after 1 month in use so far they have been working great 👍

Worst Company to do business ever. First of all try giving their customer support number a call. listed on their website, the current wait time to get customer service is over 2 WEEKS!!!!!! This is not even funny. Second we bought batteries that had 54Ah they discontinued them a couple years ago.... We have owned them for 4 years. The warranty is supposed to be 11 years, SPOILER ALERT, they no longer make that battery thus it does not qualify for replacement or warranty of any kind!
I would give this company negative stars for their predatory ways.

Bought an expensive battery less than a yr ago. BMS malfunctioned. Had to buy a new battery because I couldn’t get any or zero help of warranty or tech support battery was over 1k. Called an emailed 3weeks straight, no answer. Terrible customer service

two incidents where I needed support with them, and each time I was ghosted, blown off after weeks of poking and poking. They do not respond quickly. If you have a trip coming up or your boat is not working properly, you are probably going to be very sad, I have reached out across multiple channels and cannot get support for my batteries. Currently on my second issue and have not received a reply in almost two weeks. Phone calls do not work. Emails do not work. I have no idea what to do.

36V, 60AH Lithium Battery failed within 9 months of purchase. This battery is advertised with an 11 year warranty. Many repeated attempts but Dakota support team is completely unresponsive.

The biggest problem I have is not in stock batteries I just punched a new golf cart with a new Chinese lithium battery No where near the performance of Dakota lithium battery

Packaging could be more robust. Apparently sometime during shipment the battery was dropped on a corner. Box and packaging was compressed. Corner of battery was dented. Does not seem to affect performance. Time will tell once I get everything hooked up.

Best battery out there in my opinion! Never let me down and it seems like they lasting long a time!

So I used one 100 ah battery for 2 helix 12s. That is all I had hooked to it and it ran them for 10 hours without an issue. So I put a Garmin 16 and a 12 to make 4 graphs powered on all day - the battery went 6 hours and went dead. Installed another 100 ah battery and joined them together and ran all 4 for 8 hours the next time out and we still had 13.2 volts left. I think next time I will stay out late and see how long they will stay working !! Awesome product !!!
