First time of using DAKS Plumbing Ltd. Although it was a small job they were happy to carry out the work. Explained what needed to be done. Would definitely use them again in the future. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Very polite, friendly and tidy workers. Great job.

John and his apprentice Lewis installed a new boiler for me recently. They worked over the weekend in order to do so. They did an excellent job with the boiler and were extremely personable throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After having disappointments with other plumbers, DAKS Plumbing Darren and his Team were wonderful and most important, reliable. Turned up when they said they would, called before. He was able to diagnose why my upstairs bathroom was leaking through the ceiling within 1/2 hour of investigating, he had the proper equipment, explained it all to me and offered solutions. Prices also competitive.

Darren responded quickly to my message and was able to come very quickly. He located the leak immediately and was able to identify and fix the problem. He also spent time helping with a couple of other issues I was unsure about and will sort for me.

During the total refurbishment of our bathroom into a shower room Darren was at all times courteous and discussed all aspects of the work to starting each stage.

We called DAKS plumbing as our boiler was making a lot of noise. Jon attended and quickly identified the issue, whch was mainly blocked system. He attended twice, One with Lewis, to get the system running and to powerflush. The system was fixed without fuss. Jon kept us informed and managed to ensure we did not need a new boiler at this time

Would highly recommend Darren for his plumbing work and knowledge of his industry. Darren responded very quickly to a leak I had on my sink from a heating engineer who changed a shut off valve. He spoke with me Sat evening and came around the next day as I had to shut off my water. Leak was repaired and the following weekend Darren bought some board and built a back base and new shelf from the water damage. He swept up and took away all the damaged items too. Would highly recommend him for his knowledge and workmanship

We recently moved into our house and had Darren come in to do a complete redo of our family bathroom.

The old bathroom had been DIY by the previous owners and had layout issues, leaks and other hidden issues. The quality and improvement with the new bathroom can not been understated, Darren and his team have created exactly what we had pictured. He paid attention to all the small details which brought everything together, and you can tell they take pride in their work.

It was a three week project and from day one to the last day communication from everyone was fantastic, each day started promptly, and every day ended with a clear and tidied work area.

We would happily recommend DAKS plumbing to anyone who asks.

Darren was communicative and arranged for John to visit our flat in a timely manner for a routine inspection. He kept us informed and offered an earlier day when it became available. Sunday! John kept me informed on the day. John was thorough in checking out the boiler and discovered a fault in the on/off switch that tripped the fuse. He advised the best way to get it sorted in a timely manner as the boiler was uncommon and the model discontinued. As the fault didn’t affect the gas safety of the boiler he also made sure it was on and that we had heat & hot water before he departed.

During the inspection, John informed me about what he was finding, what mattered and what didn’t, and showed me how things worked. Then he advised if we had any further issues to feel free to reach out to him or Darren. As my daughter is navigating London on her own with a flatmate who is doing the same, Daksplumbing has put my mind at ease that she won’t spend another winter without heat as once happened previously when another firm just couldn’t be bothered to follow up and follow thru on a repair.

Darren has done a great job fixing our shower and before finding and fixing a leak. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended Daks by another customer from a social media group when I needed a plumber and once I had reached out they got back to me very promptly. Time efficient and friendly upon arrival. Had a look at the issue and advised the best possible solution. Arranged a time slot which worked for me too, arrived on time, explained the full job and changes to be made to sort out the problem. Made no mess whilst doing the job, kept me updated. Friendly and reliable service and I will be calling them again if in need. Highly recommended!

I messaged DAKS via the number from their website and received a really quick reply. They were able to come out within 20 minutes and were super friendly and knowledgable. The issue was a leaky, old garden tap that was replaced swiftly, and Darren even stayed around for an extra 10 minutes to ensure no more leaks sprouted after the water pressure normalised. Really happy with everything and would definitely use DAKS again in the future!

I called Darren this morning for the first time and found he was able to come out straight away to give me a report on my property. He carefully explained everything that he did and logically stepped through a process to review my plumbing.
