First, I want to mention the quality of the sweater I purchased. It's great. I love the sweater and other products I purchased even at second hand clothing sites.

This review is all about the return process. I purchased a sweater but it was too small. I then bought a second sweater at the next size. I followed the exact return process I was given. Somewhere along the way back to Norway, the sweater went missing. After many months working with customer support to rectify the issue, I gave up.

My advice to you, make sure you purchase the exact size. Don't risk what I went through.

First time ordering at their own website rather then shopping physically. Made an order for a scarf, mittens and headband. €309 expecting to receive high quality wool items.

Mittens are 90% polyester. Headband is not warm enough for winter and the scarf was the wrong item.

I'm not ordering Dale of Norway again.

Unik and fast Customer service!
We visit dale of Norway outlet shop and got 2 of there sweaters, one of them had defect with in the first 24 hours. I made a customer complain and with in 2 days a replacement sweaters was send to my private address with DHL. Communication from there front desk (Nina), customer care (Gro) to delivery is one of the best i have experience in a long time. Wonderful when you clearly feel that you have purchased not only a product but also a brand that cares about there quality and consumer - I will for sure bye Dale of Norway again! Havde læst mig frem til at "Dale of Norway" skulle være et top-brand,, jeg køber en vinter-beenie hue til 650kr,, og hvad får jeg?? En hue med så stor masker at vind og kulde går direkte igennem.. jeg kunne være uden hue, det ville give det samme.. Næste gang går jeg efter et velkendt brand..!!!
