Chris has been providing A’Level Chemistry tuition for my daughter since September. She is in year 13 and really struggled with this subject throughout year 12. What a difference this has made! She is growing in confidence and understanding! She has already increase her current grade and I’m sure with his continued support she is on for a top grade! I started tuition with Chris this year for my A level Chemistry. I had been very nervous since year 11 before starting A level due to the tough requirements however Chris’s tuition has been amazing and really enabled me to develop a huge amount of confidence since I started the content . Chris has plenty of great resources ie past paper questions and he really helps you understand what examiners are looking for and gives additional tips and tricks for tackling tricky topics . Whether you struggle with chemistry or not, having Chris as a tutor will definitely benefit you hugely and help you develop key skills .

Chris is an exceptional tutor who has vast experience of teaching A-level students to achieve highest possible grades. His knowledge of chemistry is near perfect. His teaching style is very engaging making students think and find answers on their own. Rather then didactic teaching, he guides students to think and find answers for the questions. This makes his teaching very interesting and enjoyable. He has a very good understanding of the mark schemes and therefore he not only improves students understanding of the subject but also allows them to improve their marks. In between lessons, he also provides useful resources to practice which helps in further consolidation of knowledge.

Chris is an excellent tutor - lessons were tailored to my son and he spotted and proactively managed knowledge gaps - all whilst instilling confidence and teaching exam technique alongside ensuring that academic rigour.
And importantly my son really looked forward to the sessions and enjoyed them.
