Katie Murray has been absolutely brilliant. My overall experience in dealing with her has been overwhelmingly positive from start to finish, she's responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things properly rather than leaving you to figure it out yourself. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real knack for making the complicated stuff feel manageable.

What really stands out is how genuinely she seems to care. She's patient with questions no matter how small, quick to come back with clear answers, and proactive about flagging things before they turn into problems.
