I’d leave zero stars if it was an option. The shoes ordered for my daughter were too small. To return, I paid for shipping (about half of the cost of the shoes) only to receive back a box containing the same shoes with a denial due to the shoe box having been opened. Do not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon.

Sizing, customer services and returns. Misleading to call your returns free. When customer has to pay shipping and your estimated return value is 20%less than purchase price.

First let me start by saying how does a company not pay for their own returns?! $25 for sending the product back 🙄 The brand of shoe after going to another store in person said “oh yes, this brand runs small.” It was never listed in the description.

If I could give them zero starts I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes that re the same but different sizes. My daughter tried them on for a few seconds in the house. I made a return of the other and the return was not accepted! Blamed me for a “stained” sole of the shoe. What?! My daughter didn’t even wear them. For all I know they could have sent me someone else’s pair just not to give me a refund. Absolutely absurd!!!

DO NOT USE, ordered in Sept, 2 phonecalls later they said they were in customs and would be available by end Jan and so I cancelled.
They gave some rubbish that it was due to being out of stock etc, I then ordered from fuego based in america and 3 days later they have been dispatched.
They will give some excuse about low stock etc but nearly all reviews say the sane thing...DO NOT USE. They will say out of stock, in transit etc, do not believe them, readtge reviews

Very deceptive marketing practices. They use images that do not match their inventory- intentionally- to get push clearance inventory that is not returnable to exchangeable. They are using images of kids' leotards (kids' models in kid's outfits) to sell adult-size items. And it is confusing b/c even the sizes just XSA, SA, MA,and LA etc, vs showing adult sizes. I had no idea XSA meant XS ADULT. The item arrived and what I thought would be a Large Child size leotard was obviously way too large for my thin 11 year old daughter... it was even too large for me- a 43-year-old woman. When I wrote to them to explain thinking they would of course allow me to return since the image and sizes were not clear, they said they would not allow me to send back since it was a clearance item. When I tried to explain again why it was unclear and sent along images, they replied again, highlighting that I was not understanding their sizing system. There were clear indications of it being a Child's size item even in the description. I have absolutely no use for this and I feel very swindled. I feel like they are frauding customers to get rid of inventory and make them pay for it with disseptive marketing. Even after I explained that I thought I was purchasing what was pictured, they told me there was no chance that I could return it. I just paid for something I will never use and basically just have to bring right to Goodwill.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Buyer beware if you order from this company and it does not fit your dancer you will have to cover the price of shipping for the return. In my case, it was $13. I called today and spoke to customer service and was told my item is being sent back to me because the box was destroyed and they couldn’t put the item back on the shelf. So because the box was destroyed during shipping, they will not accept my return? I will never order from them again nor will I recommend this company.

Ordered a costume and paid for overnight shipping. Received it almost a week later. Returned it since we no longer needed it but of course I only got the costume $ back, not the shipping. Complete scam.

sneakers ordered. They are way small and also cheap feeling. Of course they weren't expensive, but that $10 shipping plus another shipping fee to return is too much to ask of customers. Disappointed. Tried to print out the return form and nothing prints. The form has to be completed by hand, there is no fillable pdf. The shoes arrived quickly but that is the only positive part of the experience

Horrible customer service!

ordered many items for my daughters recital. Was really expensive and half didn't fit. Had to pay to return /exhange and then was not shipped one item. had to prove to the cust svc rep that I sent the other item back (I had email proof!) and then was told they couldn't exchange b/c there was pet hair on it. they were black leggings my daughter tried on for 10 seconds because she couldn't even pull them up. we do have a dog so there could have been some fuzzy or pet hair but it's RIDICULOUS AND no one even informed me in any way. So now I'm out the money and have to pay more money to get leggings. I cannot and will not go through this company again.

This place is ridiculous!! I will not order from them ever again. I ordered a pair of dance pants for my daughter and they were to small. I order the size she wear. in jeans 4-6. I reordered them in a larger size. I called about returning the smalls and they said I had to pay to have them shipped back to them. The lady told me I would get a full refund. The lady lied. I had to pay almost $10 to ship them back and the did not refund me my full amount back. I paid for the pants, tax, and shipping. It came out to be $39.53. They only refund me $28.94. This place is so unfair and liers. The lady had the audacity to say to me you should of ordered the right size. I was like I did, but not my fault your stuff is smaller than the actual size. I even looked at the size guide.

Partial. I will not buy from them anymore though. Quality is not the best. Threads are loose. There were no tags in them, previously used or returned perhaps. Customer support should be improved.

I am writing this at 9:54am, having just received my order placed yesterday 1pm through DancwearSolutions.com. I needed an item within 2 days for a dance recital (which is tomorrow). I was prepared to pay extra for expedited shipping when I saw in the checkout screen that free ground shipping stated "1-day delivery”, which I was very skeptical about, so I called and was told this was only an estimate based on my location (in an adjacent state), and that processing may take up to 48 hours before the order ships, and I was also warned that due to COVID, shipping may be further delayed. It was recommended that I select expedited shipping to ensure delivery in time, but if I wanted to take a chance with free ground shipping, I could call about an hour after placing my order to let their team know I was hoping to have this order ASAP so they could push it through processing a little quicker, but again, they warned that they couldn’t make any guarantees. It wasn't the end of the world if it didn't arrive in 2 days (we could still use everything after recital), and I didn't want to pay $20 for expedited shipping so I chanced free shipping and called an hour later. Both reps were super nice and helpful. The second confirmed exactly what the first had said. I received tracking notification last evening that my order would arrive this morning, and it did! Everything perfect and exactly as ordered. So happy that everything went better than expected, and we have what we need in time for a stage performance…with a day to spare! Keep in mind that free ground shipping was 1-day for me because I live in a nearby state. Further distances would obviously take longer. But for me, service has been spectacular. Couldn’t be happier. I received an email stating my order had been shipped 12/28/20. On 1/8/21, tracking information still showed the shipping label had been processed but the shipper never received the package. When I spoke to someone in customer service, the package had never left the warehouse. Dancewearsolutions.com assumes no responsibility because, you know, “all shipping guarantees have been suspended due to COVID”. I guess that applies even if the shipper wasn’t given the shipment according to this company. Consequently, there is no gift for tomorrow’s birthday party and replacement arriving 4 days from now “is the best we can do, sorry.”
Personally, in my opinion, you could have done more.
How about an offer of overnight shipping?

the customer service there is terrible they treat you poorly even though you can spend hundreds of dollars there they don't help

Delivery was really fast and product quality are great. It was just a bit expensive but still worth it.

Have bought from this site a few times, as its impossible to get dancewear in larger sizes in Ireland. sizes and quality are very good. Only had one issue with my last order which was rectified immediately when I contacted them.
