Pleasantly surprised
I’ve purchased from Dangerfield twice now and both times were great! The first time I was so excited for the item, I forgot to check reviews first. When I did, I got scared. Mostly one star reviews with complaints of lengthy wait times. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive my item very quickly with lots of updates along the way.
The second time I ordered with a bit more confidence. I received my items equally as fast as the first time. And they were wonderful quality and perfect fit! I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Don't buy from online store. Receive my skirt. Wrong size, so I returned. After 3 emails , they stated they did not receive. I sent proof of them receiving it. Not heard back. Sent 3 more emails. Such a shame. Nice clothes. Bad service. It's just theft. Not good.

I shop at Dangerfield all the time so i trust the product, but the 3 online purchases I have attempted have all had massive delays and un-supplied items. Don't order online, find a local one and shop direct. It's a real shame, coming from a loyal customer.

Three times in the past I've ordered with them and at least 1 if not more times per order the items have been 'unavailable'
I was sent a jacket from them that was the wrong size and wrong colors. We were advised to send it back.. so, thinking we'd be refunded we sent it back, we sent it back. they claim to not have received it, so no Jacket and no refund. this isn't the first time this has happened. wouldn't encourage buying from them at all. Could be an undercover scam Caveat Emptor

My daughter and I were just in store at Dangerfield Tauriko to purchase something and as we got to the counter we were told that they can’t serve us because we were on a banned list. We have never stolen something from the store and the last time we went there my daughter spent over $200 She was going to use my gift voucher there that she got for her birthday. We got them to call security because we wanted to know why we got banned but they would not tell us.
My daughter works in retail and I know you cannot ban someone from the store if they have not stolen or abused staff. We have not done either of those things. We feel humiliated as people were watching and we were treated like criminals.
I feel like this is unacceptable and unprofessional as she had no reason to ban us. If this is Dangerfields policy then we will no longer be shopping there which is really upsetting because it is my favourite store.

I love dangerfield, I often shop in store in Christchurch and the staff are wonderful. There is so much choice it can be overwhelming but there is options for everyone.
I decided to spend online for the first time, during a sale. I was fully aware due to messaging on the site that said, 3 days + 2 during sale time. (Realistically I expected 7 days)
I ordered on the 24th of June, only to be shipped today 14th July.
I got no emails to communicate this delay only after I had reached out myself after 2 weeks of waiting, only to be hit with a very clearly generic response and this has been my only contact i received from them regarding my order.
I've emailed multiple times since only to be ignored.
Its ridiculous they are marketing around 5 emails a day but they can't fulfill orders. It's wasted marketing, because who on earth would order more when you have to wait so long? It discourages spending and likely blocks up your non existent customer support team online who can't even help. What a joke.
I will continue shopping in store only and will not buy online again and I recommend others to do the same.

If you want to buy something get it in store not online I’ve been emailing for days no response, when they did they asked what was wrong even though the email was above what they replied to. The order took three weeks to come. Half of it didn’t even come through then they just shrugged and went sorry wtf not good enough

Placed an order 18th of June, have since had a one email exchange with support telling me of a minor delay as well as 7 generic "we haven't forgotten about your order" emails with no updates past original order confirmation.
Should you really be running 365 day outlet sales when you can't fulfill current orders in a reasonable time?
My last order was two years ago, half the items refunded due to incorrect stock levels from that sale. Shame to see nothing has improved 🤷🏻♀️

As many others are saying, I've had a terrible experience with DF also. Placed an order 2 weeks ago with no tracking update as yet. Hopefully my order arrives at all. Big mistake ordering from here.
Disappointing in every way.
They didn’t send half of the things I bought, sent a ridiculous email explaining nothing and refunded the money. And had the audacity to ask that if I “spot” the products I bought again they would put me next in the shipping queue 🙃, believe me when I say that was the last time I’m even opening the page, waste of time.

I've ordered from Dangerfield twice recently and both times have sent me the completely wrong order which took multiple weeks to remedy + they expected me to send the wrong clothes back myself. I had also needed to exchange some items for a smaller size (in my first order) which they refused and gave me store credit even though the items were in stock. The items had changed price in the 2 weeks since I had ordered them so I was unable to even re-order the items I wanted to exchange, as well as their customer service being terrible (Rude, really poor spelling, started ignoring my emails). I also believe there quality has dropped significantly, a few years ago their pieces were really lovely but although most of the things I ordered fit me, they have big gaps in the back of waistbands or way too long. Many of the items felt cheap and some items I genuinely thought were from SheIn.

They dispatched my order just one hour later, received the package the next day and all my items were correct. Maybe order in advance bc of what others have said, but my experience was 10/10 will definitely be buying again!! Love the quality of clothes too

Theyre Rubbish! My online store experience with these MF's is s**t. I made an online purchase from the NZ online store on 11th of November. They took the money, and an email was issued to say I had made the purchase, then nothing. No communication from them at all. I had to email them 5 days later using the Australian help link before they got back to me. One of the items I had purchased was sold out because they failed to confirmed the order so they refunded the one item and apologized and said the rest of the order had been shipped. This was the 16th November. I then had to email them for a tracking number 3 days later and nothing. They sent an email on the 21st of November with a tracking number. The order had been placed on the 18th of November, 7 days after I had purchased. The items are now coming from Australia and are showing that they're at Melbourne airport waiting for departure. It's nows the 23rd of November, and still no items. Theyve been sitting at the airport for 3 days now. I think I've been scammed...
