Put two properties on the market with DM Bridgend in quick succession. , We had a quick, responsive service throughout. Valuation was booked in within days, we were offered advice on increasing the value before listing too. We took that advice and as a result managed to achieve higher offers. Both properties sold within a week, one completed withing 8 weeks, the other 12. Throughout the process the staff team were really communicative, keeping us up to date each step. Nothing was too much trouble, The sale charges are also amongst the most reasonable in the area. I would definitely recommend and use again!

The experience from the entire team was fantastic, I can’t speak highly enough about them. I was always kept informed of what was happening with the sale from start to finish. Helen and Roisin are a credit to both themselves and the company. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Daniel Matthews estate agents. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and went out of their way to maximise on a sales opportunity before my house was even on the market, sold! Fantastic service from start to end!

Lorraine was very attentive, supportive and patient and not pushy! The sale was not to be because I found an alternative which was a better match for my requirements. Nevertheless out of all the agents I dealt with at the time, Lorraine was the stand out. I will consider Lorraine/Daniel Matthew Est Agts for future sales/searches/transactions whenever that may be!

The house I have just purchased was managed through Daniel Matthew's Estate Agent. They were excellent at keeping the process moving along and for me being able to communicate with the seller of the property and vice versa. Nothing was to much work for them. A really excellent team from start to finish with a special mention for Hayley Margetts who was incredibly helpful, responsive to emails and came back with information when she said she would. They made the stressful process of house buying a whole load easier. Really excellent estate agents if you need to sell your house.
