I started a NY LLC with Dappr a few weeks ago and wow this is by far the best customer service I’ve dealt with! I’ve been dealing mostly with Roselyn, and she’s absolutely amazing! Whenever I had a question (and I’m the type to have many questions since I’ve never done this before in my 43 years) she was there with quick and friendly replies. No confusing jargon. Same with the setup process. Easy to understand and very smooth.
I can’t stress enough how easy this platform is touse. You have everything you need. I’m paying for a professional bookkeeper, and while I don’t have a lot of activity yet, Andrew has been very helpful already. After answering a few questions he started settting up a custom account chart, and they automatically started categorizing transactions. I’m blown away by the accounting and bank integration. I’m used to Quickbooks from my old job, and this is just so incredibly much easier to use.
The bank account was literally set up in like 10 seconds. I don’t understand how these guys can do this so quickly and the major banks take forever. I’m not a US citizen, but I remember setting up my first personal bank account at a Chase branch and it took over an hour! The bank account has everything you need except international wire transfer (which I need sometimes but no worries I’ll just use PayPal for that).
Sent my first invoice yesterday, got paid, no hurdles at all. They don’t have a credit note feature but asked and they said it’s on the way. For a new business these Dappr has it figured out, highly recommend!
