So glad I read the reviews before I went ahead and bought this load of rubbish! Just as I was trying to pay I noticed the upsell and the "ON GOING" future payments which wasn't supposed to be the case.

I subscribed to Darius Lukas Academy (Hyper AI University / All Access Pass) in 2023, expecting access to their AI training programs, bots, and resources.
Unfortunately, I never received any access whatsoever. No welcome email, no login credentials, and no platform entry. Every attempt to log in failed because my email was not registered in their system.
Despite the system supposedly "provisioning" access to the email entered at checkout, nothing was ever delivered to me. I have been charged recurring fees on my American Express card for more than three years with zero value received.
I contacted their support team multiple times. They acknowledged the typographical error in the email but refused a full refund, repeatedly offering only a partial 6-month goodwill refund. They have now canceled the subscription (so no further charges), but they still will not refund the money paid for services I never received.
Their Terms place full responsibility on the customer for email errors and limit refunds to 14 days, but this is a clear case of complete non-delivery, not "non-usage". Their systems should have detected the email delivery failures long ago and stopped the billing.
I am currently escalating this through the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) and American Express.
If you're considering any product from Darius Lukas, be extremely cautious. The strict no-refund policy combined with poor delivery and unresponsive support makes this a very risky purchase.

His low-tier products are an absolute marketing scam. You can't even get to checkout without about eight upsell attempts. Then you get to it, and all it is, the product you've paid for is AI slop that just upsells into programs worth thousands of dollars. Probably the worst marketing experience I've ever had in my life.

Wow, I'm a little surprised at the bad reviews. I have 3 of his products. Started with The Marketer's Bible to CHATGPT several years ago. Found it valuable, so I purchased his "70 AI Bot Helpers" in 2024, (this product is tremendous). He is a good marketer, so I eventually upgraded to the 40 AI Superhelpers, and I'm glad I did. Those helpers make tasks even easier than the AI Bot helpers because I can automate tasks. The one negative is the relatively slow customer support, but I honestly haven't had to use customer support often, so I really can't deduct a full star. By the way, I have an AI Agency, so I'm speaking from that perspective.

Updated on Dec.27, 2025. - I had to use customer support. The support service is really bad. So bad that it does cause people to think negatively about the company, and or think scam (even though it is not). They need to improve this immediately. One of the most important AI Superhelpers doesn't consistently automate a very important task, which means I have to consistently check it, which is time-consuming and annoying, so now I have to deduct one star.

On October 13, 2025, I purchased a product from dariuslukas.com. The page clearly showed $27, but my card was charged $64 instead. After payment, I did not receive any login access or confirmation email. I contacted support requesting cancellation and a full refund to my original payment method, but have not received a satisfactory response.

This experience feels deceptive: the price displayed did not match the amount charged, and access was never delivered. I am now disputing the transaction with my card issuer. I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision.

I paid $7000 toward a program and then suffered a catastrophic loss due to a hurricane and wanted a refund - everyone stopped responding so now having to file in county court

I don't like writing bad reviews for good products but I have been waiting for days to access my materials and I need to access them. Not happy - seems like your password is designed to fail - They never get back to you - I have been trying for three days or more - my password they gave me does not work and you have to contact them to reset it which is very strange and laborious. I am fascinated with AI and spent lots of money with Darius Lukas but I cannot access the more than 500$ in products I have purchased. I also want to cancel my monthly fees as I thought it was a one time payment. Product seems great but please get back to your customers in a timely fashion! I had a highly disappointing experience with the customer service. I got interested in a course with live sessions, however its landing page lacked critical information, such is the time zone in which these sessions would take place, the deadline to get certified or the refund policy. When I reached out with these essential questions, only one of them was answered. Despite multiple follow-ups and reminders, I only received a complete response after the promotional period ended and the course price increased.

Because the team failed to provide timely answers, I was unable to purchase the course at the advertised price. Instead of taking responsibility and offering the promotional price—something reputable course providers have done in similar situations—they refused, citing “fairness” to other customers while disregarding the unprofessionalism of their own delays. After pointing out these issues and requesting a resolution, they ignored my last email entirely.

This kind of customer neglect and refusal to correct their own mistakes should be a red flag for anyone. If you’re looking for an AI course with transparent information, responsive support, and fair treatment, this may not be the right platform.
