I ordered Independent Rosettes for election day but unfortunately I did not complete the order form properly so when the rosettes did not arrive on time I phoned Darlow's up and it was clearly my fault. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was a proper gentleman and he told me they would give me a refund. Within the hour the refund was in my bank. First class customer service. Well done.
