Still waiting for the director of Darnells to explain why he brought in an Insolvency Practitioner from miles away to unnecessarily liquidate my company…… Still waiting for him to explain why he then involved a local company of Insolvency Practitioners to relieve me of in excess of £60,000 to cover personal guarantees? Still waiting…. Still waiting to hear what happened to the corporation tax refund, the £500,000 plant and machinery, the work in progress, the applications, the list goes on. Just terrible.
