Ordered online and received my orders within 2 days and in good condition, very happy with the online service and delivery time, definitely will be returning

I ordered a mystery box for my partners birthday before reading reviews so I was bit skeptical. I emailed to ask to ensure the parcel didnt show any signs of darts on the packaging as It was for my partners birthday. It arrived in a few days and also they added an extra touch with some happy birthday confetti which I though was a lovely touch. They also
put in a birthday style box. Super happy with the customer service and the product itself. Would happy purchase again.

My recent experience at Dart City was far below acceptable standards. The staff exhibited rudeness and unreasonable behavior, which was deeply disappointing. My relative and I were expected to purchase darts that had clearly been used for customer trials at full price. These darts had visible marks and scrapes, reflecting prior use, yet the staff insisted they be sold as new.

Additionally, the store policy restricting children under the age of 18 from entering without adult supervision was blatantly disregarded. During our visit, unsupervised children were seen throwing darts casually, further emphasizing that these darts had been handled extensively before being offered for sale.

When my relative attempted to purchase a set of darts priced at £85, along with other items totaling £100, he was informed that he would need to accept the already opened and previously used dart set instead of receiving an unopened package. Upon explaining his unwillingness to pay full price for used items, he was met with a passive-aggressive response from the staff in front of other customers. We were both informed we are now barred from the shop, we are not children nor will be treated like such. Attempts to engage in reasonable dialogue were met with hostility, leaving us no choice but to walk away. Staff here need to have some self reflection on how they speak towards and treat customers.

This experience was a clear example of poor customer service and unprofessionalism. Spend your hard-earned money at an establishment that values and respects its customers.

*Be warned: you will be expected to pay full price for darts that are already used. Do not believe a word when they tell you the darts have only been used by you. They are second hand darts when they have been handled and tried out by so many different people in the place*

Absolute joke of a place ordered online told it would take 2 to 3 days to arrive 3 and a bit weeks on still received nothing. Was sent a confirmation email with the wrong tracking number for a completley different parcel very bad customer service aswell i would advise to avoid this place

Don't bother with these cowboys, bought a set of Rob Cross darts and what I received was darts that were clearly used with ripped box, covered in grouping marks, used stems, covered in dirt and hair, missing point holder in the box and when I rang this morning was instanlty met with horrendous customer service. Refused to look at the email with proof that I received a used set of darts but said they only sell brand new in the box darts which is a lie.Reached out on Facebook and they have blocked me. Trading Standards will be contacted.

Avoid ordering online if you actually want to receive what you paid for! Ordered a couple weeks ago online nothing received and no response to email and not answering phones!
