The customer service is a mixed bag. I chatted with one employee, Shamika, who didn't seem that interested or bothered to read the question I posed to her, regarding a payment of my debt--she didn't bother setting up my payment request.
On the hand, Juan, another employee I chatted with was very helpful, and he set up the payment of my debt.

They were easy to apply with and I received the money the next day. The interest is higher than some lending places but I plan on paying it back in one week so it won’t be an issue and I will use them again

The interest rate is over 800% once all is said and done, they also hide under different company names. I have notified the legal team with Veterans Affairs and the Attorney Generals office. This is a travesty. Not a lender, a loan shark is more like.

Predatory lender. Do not use. You pay mostly the interest and will pay 3000 on an 800 loan.
My loan was for 850. I've paid 400 do far yet my balance is 978.
Im also willing to bet the positive reviews for this company are fake. Unless people are just ecstatic to get screwed over.

Great customer service - made sure I understood this was a short term loan and the APR associated with that. I paid it off within the next week, so didn't have any issues with the APR. Payment was fast, convenient, and allowed me to handle an emergency quickly.

It was quick and easy to apply. They were flexible with me and my payments. They broke it down in two payments for me (biweekly) so I don't have to pay it back in full. I was also approved for a big amount but I decided to use only what I need it. So I don't get stuck paying it back and living paycheck to paycheck. I do recommend Dash Credit!
