The support team at Data365 is always quick to respond and willing to listen to the needs of the customer. Their engineering team is flexible and open to adjusting data collection methods to fit the customer's needs.
The Data365 API is simple to navigate and the documentation is sufficiently comprehensive.

Our nonprofit used Data365 to collect public social media data for movement research, pulling from Facebook and several other platforms through a single API. Two things stood out.

First, the product does what it promises. One integration covers Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, and Threads, the results come back in clean JSON, and the developer portal, especially the Postman collection, made it easy to get going. I'm not a developer, but I was able to test real use cases quickly, even leaning on AI tools to help build the requests on the fly.

Second, and more importantly: the people. Anastasiya and Alina were responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. As a nonprofit, we needed some flexibility on packages, and they worked with us. When I made a mistake early on and burned through far more credits than I'd intended, they didn't penalize me — they kept access open so I could still retrieve everything I'd collected. That kind of fairness is rare.

There's a learning curve to how data collection and retrieval work, but the team will walk you through it. Highly recommend.

Data365 is an affordable social media data provider that is very easy to integrate into your app/service. Instead of implementing several APIs for the various networks, you just need to implement Data365, which makes development/integration of social media data much easier. Data365 supports a very broad range of social media platforms, so the range of provided data is very big! Data365 also provides great development documentation, Postman playgrounds and very responsive customer support.

My experience with Data365 has been excellent. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for data management and analytics. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing even non-technical team members to navigate and use the features effectively.
