Great company to have on the end of the phone or email.
Very knowledgeable and get to the bottom of you IT problems very swiftly.
Natasha tends to be assigned to our company issues and is very good at getting stuck in and working the issues out quickly.

We've worked with Datcom since 2015 and they continue to provide support to an excellent standard. Their engineers know their stuff and are responsive. Importantly, they speak in plain english rather than IT jargon so our staff understand what's being talked about. Highly recommended.

We have just had the entire office re-wired by Matrix with the onsite support of Datcom. What I thought was going to be extremely challenging with a lot of legacy problems to deal with, has turned into a complete success. The team at Datcom were on hand and supported the entire process with Matrix. Absolute zero down time for the business over a 5 day install period. Starting early on Wednesday morning through to the sign off and fully tested by late Sunday afternoon. The entire process was completed by professional, competent and just a lovely team of people. By Monday morning you would never had known they had actually been onsite. I cannot recommend both Datcom and Matrix enough.

What service. Speedy telephone efforts by Datcom to source the problem and when the machine defied all efforts to deal with the issue on line, the engineer came to site and almost immediately found it to be a hardware defect. Back on line after a quick clean up.
Truly brilliant service

I have used Datcom for a number of installs and ongoing IT support for a few years now and they are always professional, carry out a good standard of work and, crucially, communicate fantastically.

I have moved jobs since starting to work with Datcom but have kept a relationship with them at my new job too. Its hard to find reliable partners to work with but I don't hesitate to recommend Datcom.

Morgan was fantastic and completed the set up in a quick time. After initially identifying the issue with why an additional screen wasn't working, the set up now works brilliant and he even got my headset working again, so a great job!
