Working with Datel has been a positive experience overall, but Raven’s support in particular makes a real difference day-to-day. Datel have done a fantastic job…
Datel have done a fantastic job throughout our implementation. The initial sales process was clear and gave plenty of comfort about their knowledge and skills in delivery. This proved to be the case with our onboarding team (Shout out to Craig Shead!), who were patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the product, but also taking the time to understand our business and the nuances to deliver a solution that is working well. Go live will always have teething issues, and whilst the initial hand-over to the support team was a little shaky, we are now working well between us and Datel, getting the ongoing support we need as we make our first few steps with the process.

My employer purchased sage intact through Datel over two years ago. I was very impressed with the level of support provided during the implementation phase. Now, two years in, the support provided continues to be excellent. I can call our Customer Success Manager, Toby Andrews, anytime and he will always go out of his way to help me. Friendly, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with.

I have worked with Datel as our managed service provider for 7 years now and I find them excellent to work with and very supportive of finding solutions that meet our needs.
Their support team are excellent and knowledgeable and of a size where it is possible to build a good working relationship with the people I am interacting with. They also offer a range of products developed in house or in a close relationship with 3rd parties that can extend the range of available functionality.
I know this sounds a bit like a review that sounds dubiously like a sales pitch but I have worked with a number of managed service providers over the years and I would honestly say that Datel are the best of those.

We implemented Sage Intacct in 2024, going live in Oct 24. Everything went smoothly with the implementation and the ongoing support has exceeded our expectations.
The project team were great and Joel built the system as we wanted. The training received was spot on, giving us a really good platform at go-live.
Post go-live we've worked closely with the Customer Success team, mainly Toby and also Martin, who have delivered pretty much everything we have asked in terms of reports, dashboards, and tweaks to the system setup. If it can be done, they will find a way to do it!
My advice to anyone is to make use of the CS team.
The ticketed support has also been responsive on the few times we've needed to us it.
Overall, we have no complaints at all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Datel as your Intacct partner.
