Удобно, что все шаги объясняли простыми словами, а на вопросы отвечали почти сразу. Теперь сервис готов к запуску и выглядит так, как я и планировал.

I’ve been working with this company since 2021. They have been very helpful if there’s an issue they get right to and fix it. I recommend 10 out of 10.

What I received was not a dating platform—it was a glorified demo filled with lifeless, incomplete bot profiles and a clunky, outdated framework that made even the simplest tasks feel like rocket science. For every click, there’s an upsell. For every question, a link to a help article instead of real help.

I paid for a solution and got a problem. My project stalled, my time wasted, and my money vanished behind policies that protect them, not the customer. This is not software—this is a trap. Save yourself the headache. I wish someone had warned me.

This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid for what I was promised would be a ready-to-launch dating platform, and instead I received a broken, amateur, laughably outdated piece of junk that looks and feels like it was built in the early 2000s. The so-called “demo” they show is a lie—the actual product is completely non-functional, riddled with bugs, and designed so poorly it’s unusable without massive (and expensive) customization.

To make matters worse, once they take your money, they vanish. No real support, no accountability, just a wall of useless links and auto-responses. Every step of the way felt like a scam carefully disguised as a legitimate service.

I’ve wasted my time, my money, and my trust. If you’re even thinking of working with Dating Pro—run. You’ll end up exactly where I am: frustrated, ripped off, and furious.

DatingPro has a very good product. It is responsive and I have had good fortune working with their team, especially Yanar. It is a solid infrastructure to build your site on. I can recommend it.

Update: I have had several projects with DatingPro since my last review. I wanted to provide an updated perspective in case you are on the fence about using them. ** I am a real client and I bought their Dating site package. This review is not solicited by anyone.

I have received a newsletter and click on a link and went to a list of reference websites powered by them. The majority of links were not working anymore and apps removed or really bad reviews. I asked about this but only got automated replies so I guess I would also get trouble when having an issue with a productive website.

I spent over 2 weeks - many hours daily - to select the package. I did read all info, tried demos, contacted support to find out more and see how responsive a company is.
I decided to order the DatingPro basic package based on several factors:
What is included in the price
What is the price of it
What is the customer support
How does it stand against competition.

The offer is really extensive. When you read on DatingPro site what's included - it seems like a never-ending list of components. Most of them easy to evaluate as really helpful in creating a good dating platform. The package seemed much more extensive than competitors.

The price - not the cheapest - but beats up cheaper options (and some more pricey too) without a sweat. I spent 2 weeks comparing different offers, interacting with customer support of different developers (which in some companies was awful or almost non-existing). And, being good - the cost was still significantly lower than other packages developed by other companies.

To give an example - I tested a product which is really good looking (phone apps) but is significantly simpler, with less add-ons than this one. Yet, when asked about cost including a few modifications I needed - it turned it would cost me $10,000 + comparing to the cost of this package with modifications that landed me in area of $1,000 USD - about 10% of the other price.

Another cool package would be around $15,000 with a few modifications I needed. Sorry, nice - but out of my range.

Customer support for pre-sale questions at DatingPro is simply outstanding. I received in-depth answers, follow-up emails, and it was easy to see that their team is truly interested in me not only ordering their package, but also succeeding with it. In my experience pre-sales support is often better than after-sales - but I felt strong overall support from this company. Even when I was a bit direct about some of my dislikes - they responded in a supportive way, trying to find a solution. Thumbs up - specially after contacting another company (saying online support should answer within 15 minutes) - not getting a simple answer for 2 days, and then when asking if they are always so slow - getting a single line saying to go away - as an answer.

So, comparing to that, and to other companies that were also helpful, but pricing their product significantly higher - this sounded like a sweet spot, and I decided to order from Dating Pro.

And then it all started to be even more impressive. I immediately received all instructions, my package was promptly installed, and tech support was right behind me to tweak and troubleshoot everything, making sure it all works as it should.
(Yes, there were glitches - but i had it installed on my server, not theirs. So, it is expected. I see some people complaining it did not work and took time to fix. In my case PHP version on our server was different than used for this package - and things needed to be adjusted. These things happen. I think this is the reason PG Dating Pro team offers their own server which is optimized to run it well).

And only then after it was installed I realized that - this package in real life is MUCH more than I thought. Sophisticated, taking care of many possibilities - this system is more advanced than other premium options from other developers. And the time the support spent helping me to set things up and understand it - it alone was probably worth the money I paid for everything.

With all being so good - is there anything I don't like? Perhaps the design of the site has a bit outdated look. Less slick than some pricey ones. I mean - details, like rounded corners of photos, never-ending scroll of profile thumbnails - these things being present in more expensive offers make a visible difference. I guess it was developed over many years, and design had to be one of first things done. Perhaps it is time to revamp it now. But that can most probably be fixed as a modification for a fraction of expensive package cost. So, all is good.

My overall experience is better than expected. The other expensive packages are possibly as good as this, and they have a modern feel I miss here. But, they are wayyyy more expensive! Living in a country with local currency being only about 1/3 of strength of US Dollar - I simply would not afford these fancy ones for $10-15,000. Having now a full hands-on experience with it, I believe that DatingPro platform is under-priced as it could easily cost 2 or 3x more for whats included. However, the current price makes DatingPro an extremely attractive package, allowing people from other regions than USA or Europe to afford such a great platform.

I plan to expand the site with use of phone apps and other improvements. And I am sure I can count on support from this team for as long as I run my site. Thank you guys, you rock!

EN: The Dating Pro software is very flawed when you buy it. It takes a lot of time and, if you hire support from Dating Pro, a lot of money. For me it took over 1.5 years until I was able to put my dating site online. (Experience 3 years ago)

I invested so much for over 4 years and nothing to show, each time I seek for assistance I am being referred to online link which is not helping. I can't recommend Dating Pro to anyone. If there is any changes in future, I will be glad to come and give my honest review.

They said they can make a certain site but did not. Trying to get my money back

They always respond to my messages within a day, and are extremely polite and professional. My clients are from the LGBTQ+ community, and I have never needed to worry about discrimination either. I have only good things to say about this company.

Bought the Dating Pro bundle and so far so good. I have a long way to go yet of course. Good functionality and good support.
