We gave David Astburys our house to rent for us. Yian was very quick to view the house and give us an estimate which we were very happy with. Then Bhavika took over and did the viewings, she always kept us up to date on how things were going, it didn’t take long for her to find us a suitable tenant. Finally Alejandra is now managing the place brilliantly,she is fast in finding solutions if the tenant has any concerns and she’s always keeping us in the loop as to how things are going. I found the whole team very professional , especially the 3 I’ve mentioned and I would highly recommend David Astburys.

I’ve been renting a property managed by David Astburys for 9 months now and have found the property management team (particularly Ollie and Wayne) to be very responsive, professional and quick to act in urgent situations. Just last week the front door lock broke and they arranged for a locksmith to replace the lock within a couple of hours. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a well maintained property in north London.

Astbury are a bunch of amateur cowboys with their disgraceful treatment of tenants. Great with sellers because they charge huge commission. I rented an unfurnished flat from them in 2016. Arrived with lorry full of belongings on moving day to find an absolute dump. Four broken wardrobes, a cheap plastic three piece suite, a rickety coffee table a filthy bedside table and a basement full of rubbish. I told Yianni, George and Aaron to ger rid of it. They never did. Yianni hilariously tried to tell me the plastic furniture was quality leather! They don't know what they're doing.
If you're looking to rent don't use them.

I have been using David Astburys ever since they were established. I moved to them to follow Aaron Cox, one the founding members and owners of this business. Aaron and all other Directors and staff have very high service standards. In particular, I cannot praise Elena Sarris enough, such is her level of service in terms of quality and response time. Elena has not missed any email or telephone call from me and her response is almost instateneous. I could write 1,000 words of praise for her qualities and I still would not do her full justice. In my over 30 years of experience as a property investor, I have dealt with scores of letting businesses and managers and I would say that no one could deliver any better service than her time after time and without fail.

Oliver was fantastic in helping us with our boiler issue today. He was very communicative and reassuring - He got the plumber out same day and the issue was resolved. Oliver was taking over from our normal property manager who was on leave, so we were very happy that he tended to our problem as if he was our property manager.
