Incorrect item received
Incorrect item received. Email to rectify has never been responded to and unable to through by phone.
Update: this was rectified today but only after making another phone call to follow up and email has now been responded to. Lady on phone suggested I pay postage back to store myself and it was just a picking error and would only cost me a stamp. I said I’d prefer to wait for email response so I could be assured I would receive a refund.
Email response much more satisfactory thank you, but a real shame about my experience prior to this as really prefer to support a local business. This review was written in the hope of obtaining a response. Positive response and apology received from manager and error rectified. Thank you

**EDIT** Hi Laura, I tried calling to discuss this with you further, I'd like to give sincere apologies for the way your case was initially handled over the phone - this is not the level of customer service we aim to provide. You should not have been asked to return the incorrect item at your own cost - I shall be speaking to the member of staff concerned. It was our error from the outset and we should have done everything we could to put it right.

Hi Laura, I’m a little confused. I can see your email conversation with a member of staff today where apologies were given for the picking error.
I can see a returns shipping label has been provided and the replacement ties have already been shipped. I’m really hoping these actions may now earn us more than one star.
We take great pride in our service during the busy summer season, but we are indeed only human and the colossal volume of orders received across 3 secondary schools and over 30 primary schools does unfortunately mean some errors are occasionally made.
I’m sincerely sorry this has resulted in you having a negative experience while shopping with us.

My Daughter's wedding tleman I saw on my initial visit…
The gentleman I saw on my initial visit was very helpful as I didn't want just a standard suit.He helped me put a different colour pair of trousers with a Jacket and Waistcoat and a suitable Dress shirt.

New school rugby top
I rang up for a new Rugby top for my son for school and they were so helpful as I couldn't remember the size as they found our previous order and got the size from that. They were so friendly and helpful.

I can see from our system that you placed your order via our website at10:30pm on the 9th of March. We were indeed out of stock and didn't ship your product until the 14th of March. This was then delivered by Royal Mail to your address on the morning of the 17th of March, less than 8 days after you placed your order.
Whilst this delivery period was indeed a little longer than we usually achieve it was still well within the 7 to 10 day business day quoted on our website, and considerably less than the 2 weeks you have mentioned in your review. It's a real shame you feel this warranted a 1-star overall review of our company.
