I’ve been trading their trailing drawdown accounts, and now that they offer EOD (End-of-Day) accounts, it adds a great new level of flexibility. I’m planning to continue developing my trading skills with Daytraders.com using these newer account options.

I contacted daytrader again because here on Trustpilot they suggested to contact them to ask the customer service for a review, but after contacting daytrader again and asked them for a review, daytrader chat agent said the decision can't be changed , that is really disappointing my pro 300k account was liquidated unlawfully only because I places 6 micro of mgc that will expire on 28 of April 2026 , really unbelievable

Certain instruments, including contracts like MGCJ6, can become non-tradable on our system prior to their final expiration due to rollover rules, liquidity shifts, or backend provider restrictions. This is done to protect traders from unintended fills or trading on illiquid/unsupported contracts.
That said, we never want any trader to feel unheard or treated unfairly. If you’ve already submitted screenshots, We'd like to personally ensure your case is reviewed again with full context. Please reply to your existing support ticket or reach out directly to our team with your account details so we can take another look and provide a clear, detailed explanation of what happened.
