Andrew has completed two surveys for us with the first resulting in us exiting a purchase. Can't thank him enough for the work and advice he gave us as well as the survey itself as we would have ended up in very different positions if it weren't for him.

Excellent Communication
From the initial quote, I found DBISS to be exceptional. Andrew maintained contact via e-mail to confirm the survey appointment date and also called on the day once completed to discuss the results.
The full Homebuyers survey was received after 3 working days and was comprehensive. I can not fault the service provided. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience with Andrew at Dbiss.
Andrew was really helpful and discussed the survey on the phone with us before and after completing it. The survey report was sent really quickly and is of a v high standard.

Great communication and value
We were given a very good quote and was told the company was local which was perfect. On the day Andrew called as soon as the survey had been done and was extremely thorough and knowledgable and answered any questions about worries we had.
We received the report very quickly and are extremely happy with the service.

Home-buyer surveys
I choose to use dbiss as they provided the service I was looking for, were local and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I actually had two surveys carried out at different properties - Level 2 & 3. Andrew called after the visits and the reports were sent to me, all within the timeframes committed to. He was informative, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.

Great Report and Great Experience
Andrew was great to work with from the start. Friendly and efficient on the phone, and flexible enough to conduct the report at short notice. This is our first experience with getting a survey and it was made so easy by Andrew. And then the report was even better. It was really easy to follow, the photographs are clear and it explains everything so that we can understand it without needing a background in construction. Would absolutely 100% use again if we ever need a survey.

Professional
Dealing with dbiss was very straightforward. All initial communication with Andrew was via e-mail and liaising between him and the estate agent was very easy and without any issues.
The report that he generated (level 2 for us) was comprehensive and we were able to chat on the phone about it also.
Andrew was thoroughly professional throughout and very good to deal with.
