Värdelös support
Beställde en väska och valde att betala med klarna faktura. Har inte fått ett bekräftelse mail och går inte att avbryta orden. I appen klarna står det att de väntar på BD. Kundtjänsten är inte till nån hjälp.

Bizar how bad the customer service has become!
Bizar! This company use to have an excellent customer service. But since this summer it is non-existent! I had an issue with a new 90L Strom rollerbag.
Sent in a warranty claim early august. No answer. Sent a follow up message. Got a 'received' mail but no answer. Repeated the process 2x the following months and haven't got a reply yet. Zero communication and no phone or contact nr.

I recently purchased a 30L Hugger…
I recently purchased a 30L Hugger backpack, and while I find it to be a good backpack overall, I've encountered an issue with the buckles. The coating on the buckles tends to wear off rather quickly. I've attempted to seek assistance from their customer support, but unfortunately, they weren't able to provide a satisfactory solution. They say my buckles were scratched by external factor that don't fit to the warranty. But I bought the backpack attracted by the promise of quality :(
What's more, my previous review reporting this problem didn't appear on their website. This has been a bit frustrating.

Super happy with service
De sipper from the laptop case of my DB Backpack pro broke but db_journey helpt me almost straight away when I reached out to them. They’ve sent me a video explaining how I could make it myself and also a link with which I could order a new bag (under warranty). And the next day I had my new bag at Home allready. Great service! recommend it to everyone.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, slow response time, if any.
I asked for help via online form about using a voucher code they sent me to replace a damaged product (the voucher they provided only worked for a shipment to Norway, and the amount was only a fraction of the product's price, about 140 USD compared to the full price of about 700 USD). I received no response for several weeks. I reached out to them via Instagram, where they told me they'd look into it. No further communication for weeks. I asked again for an update, they said they wanted to send me a new voucher, which I still haven't received.
I've always loved their products, I've been using their backpacks for years now. I don't like writing such reviews, however, it's sad to see the unprofessional way they treat their customers once there is an issue. I hope they can fix this in a timely manner.
Update: After posting this review, a customer manager quickly contacted me, and the issue was resolved. I hope for future customers that filling out the normal online form on the website will do the job, without having to come on here first to get things moving.

Dårlig kundeservice og produkt ikke ankommet!
Bestilte 30l hugger 1 generation den 14 august. Den har ikke ankommet. Fikk også Mail om vi var fornøyd med produktet!! Har sendt en henvendelse til dem både på Messenger og gjennom hjemmesiden, men dessverre ikke fått noe respons på mine henvendelser.
Db tok kontakt etter denne anmeldelsen, vi fikk ordnet opp. Flott service og kundebehandling denne gangen. Vil fortsatt gi de bare en stjerne, for uteblitt kundebesvarelse av mine henvendelser både på Messenger og forespørsel på deres hjemmeside.

Elendig kvalitet
Elendig kvalitet. Slitasje på ryggskinnen bak og cracked plast. Reklamasjon forble ubesvart og etter purring kom omsider ett svar. Reklamasjon avvist grunnet ytre påvirkning. Man skal da tydeligvis ikke bruke baksiden av sekken inn mot ryggen sin. Helt ufattelig at de kan holde på sånn. Mitt tilsvar er ikke besvart på 3uker. Talentløs kundeservice.

I received the wrong backpack when I ordered the hugger 30L. A customer service agent reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and sent me the correct the one I wanted free of charge. Very satisfied with my new Hugger!

My last of many DB bags.
Owned DB bags for a long time! Having followed Jon Olsen’s blog, I was keen to support the brand and bought the original Douchebag ski carry in 2011. Since then I have owned the hugger 30L, the 60L, the hugger base 15L and I am now rocking my second version of the hugger 30L. I’m afraid this will be my last DB bag. After just over 2 years the zipper on my bag has failed. I don’t expect bags to last a lifetime, although many of my friends that bought North Face Duffel bags would argue otherwise. I do expect to be able to repair a bag once it has broken. I reach out to DB about my broken zipper and I received an automated message about a 25% off voucher for a new bag. I don’t want a new bag! I just want my perfectly good bag to work properly again, and I’m happy to allocate some resources to maintaining it. Having already visited two local seamstresses, they decided it would be very difficult to replace the whole zipper, and that they would need a special type of machine for the job not normally possessed by a local seamstress. DB used to stand behind their product, I used to get real emails from real customer service people. They need to think about the sustainability of thier products and not just throw another bag down a production line to every customer with a small issue like this. My perfectly good bag is set to go in the bin, and I am looking for a new company to make my bags.

*Was contacted by Douchebag as a result of this post. Ida from Douchebag provided excellent support by refunding and apologizing. In contrast to the support member I had 'contact with' prior to this, she responded quickly on mails and acctually helped.

I think it is really disappointing that you are offering me this "25% off a new product". Do you think a bag only should live for 2 years?? I pay a premium for a bag that 'will last', and this is what I get? A bag that lives 2,5 years? You should at least give the customer the ability to get the bag fixed for a small fee or for free. But, when taking 2000 NOK for a bag you should in fact be able to make a product that doesn't break with normal use after 2,5 years.
REALLY disappointed douchebag, and I will definitely don't recommend or buy ever again from you.

No phone number to reach customer service!! Only email inquiries that go unanswered.
I am trying to return $450 worth of luggage and the return label sent by Db only paid for 10 ounces!! USPS said I would have to pay over $150 to ship it back.
I have emailed customer service several times without any resolution. I cannot call because there is NO phone number provided anywhere on the website.
Think twice before purchasing.

Helt håpløs kundeservice
Jeg bestilte 2 toalettmapper, men fikk tilsendt 2 stk i feil størrelse. Jeg meldte fra om problemet, og fikk tilsendt 2 nye - fortsatt i feil størrelse. Jeg meldte fra om problemet igjen, og har ikke hørt noe. Det har gått 2 uker siden jeg meldte fra om problemet for andre gang uten en eneste oppdatering. Det er 4 uker siden jeg bestilte produktene. Jeg har sendt inn flere tickets, men ingen svarer, og det er ingen annen måte å komme i kontakt med dem.
Hadde jeg visst det jeg vet nå om hvordan Douchebags behandler kundene sine hadde jeg aldri handlet hos dem.

Retur utan återbetalning
Köpte en väska och gjorde en retur direkt då väskan inte alls såg ut som på bilden. Flera veckor gick men utebliven återbetalning.. Jag kontaktade supporten 5 gånger(!!!), men inget svar.. Otroligt dåligt och jag känner mig lurad. Nu är det omöjligt att komma i kontakt med dem. Ni väljer själva om ni vågar köpa av DB Journey.
