Also ich kann nur sagen würde immer wieder zu DCI Klinik kommen ich und mein Mann haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, das Personal war sehr nett wir fühlten uns wie in einer großen Familie, die Klinik ist sehr sauber und alle sind zuvorkommend und freundlich, wurden von Anfang bis Ende super betreut. Sage nur wenn wir mehr als 5 🌟 geben könnten würden wir es tun

Я бы поставила меньше,но невозможно.не приезжайте туда.дешево.красивые фото,счастливые люди.бесплатный трансфер.билеты возвращают 50%,но ничего так и не вернули в первый раз.начали прикрываться тем,что и так сделали скидки и т.д. все очень приветливы и обходительны.мне удалили 3 зуба и вставили 6 имплантов.подсыпали кость в одну часть десны,к 1зубу.и все это длилось 1час и 6 минут. Я была в большом восторге.не смотря на то,что своей очереди мне пришлось ждать несколько часов.расхваливала эту клинику всем своим знакомым.естественно я опухла.так как имела большое вмешательство в костную ткань.я не доктор,естественно не знала,что и как правильно они должны были сделать первоначально.приехали 2-й раз.трансфер,билеты 50%,вернули,но после того,как мы очень сильно настояли. Насторожило то,что они сказали,что нужно еще помимо определенной суммы,уплатить банку 5% от основной суммы.хотя комиссия должна быть заложена в стоимость изначально,а не так.какая-то черная бухгалтерия получается.один пишем,два в уме. Изначально,я имела маленькие зубы,мне их обпилили,но не очень сильно.Врачи не заметили кариес на корне зуба.и,вместо того,чтобы мне удалить этот зуб с кариесом и вставить там имплант и коронку.они просто поставили коронку и все(спойлер-сейчас мне пришлось удалять зуб,так как у меня спала коронка и этот зуб не подлежит лечению).врач,которая ставила коронки была очень неопрятна.вся в волосах от домашних животных,волосы не собраны.ассистенка у нее ужасна.держала мне трубочку для отсоса так,что мне очень сильно болел рот. Постоянно вертелась,забывая,что она держит мое лицо.когда пришло время приклеивать коронки,у них падали эти коронки из рук.А один раз я наблюдала очень интересную картину,у ассистента выпала коронка,она ее промыла водой и понесла к врачу. То есть она ее не обеззаразила.Потом она пыталась объяснить,что я не видела,когда она это сделала. Но после того,как коронка падала на пол уже 3-й раз я четко следила за их действиями. Не смотря на время ,которое мы там провели.а я сидела в тот день до 24:30.с 9 утра.мне перенесли рейс с субботы на вторник(естественно оплатили этот билет сами). Плюс,когда я говорила,что мне что-то мешает ,они не хотели подпиливать.а один зуб вообще болел так,что я не не помогали обезболивающие и никто меня не принимал,я лежала на диване в ходе и все обходили стороной.Алина,заперлась у себя в кабинете и никакой реакции.а мне было так плохо,что меня трясло.я очень сильно опухла и не могла нормально разговаривать. И,тот зуб что болел,меня отправили с ним домой. Хотя я просила его удалить.и вообще,мне сделали кривые зубы,как у лошади,туда постоянно заходила еда.воняло ужасно. У меня откалывались коронки,все это я фотографировала. Части коронок были даже внутри десны.у меня постоянно была воспаленная десна.когда я приехала домой. Ничего не изменилось. Боль не прошла.4 раза у меня откалывались коронки из разных Зубов.у меня отвалилась коронка еще.когда я сказала,что боль не проходит уже ни в первый раз.мне сказали,срочно приезжай(почему сразу не сделали все как нужно,продержали бы меня больше,но я бы не тратила столько нервов на зубную боль.и денег,что я упустила,взяв отпуск).естественно я настояла на том ,чтобы мне оплатили перелет,предоставили трансфер и отель.Толга-менеджер,согласился и сказал,что гарантирует мое лечение и что лично сам будет присутствовать,и что сколов больше не будет.в общем,что сделают все на высшем уровне.я прилетела,меня устроили в отель рядышком возле клиники(большое спасибо).и,единственное спасибо .я была в клинике каждый день,мне поставили красивые коронки,увеличили прикус.сделали не кривые зубы(но не сделали так,чтобы они полностью прилегали к десне). Как выяснилось позже,мне нужно было в нескольких местах досыпать ни один грамм кости,наращивать слизистую(делается это путем удаления кусочка десны из одного места,в нуждающееся место),что сделал мне уже другой доктор,у которого я сейчас переделываю всю работу(кроме имплантов)просто вставляю новые в другие зубы. Коронки не известно из чего сделали.ощущение,что это объединение пластмассы и может циркония.я не специалист.Когда я сказала Толге,что у меня отвалилась коронка во второй раз,естественно он сказал,прилетай.но доверия нет.мне не зачем больше тратить деньги и время.попросила вернуть мне деньги за то,что я полечу зуб у себя.Он согласился.НО.Мой доктор,сказал,что нужно удалять и ставить имплант,и что такое специалист хороший не может упустить из вида.в итоге,я сейчас заплатила за лечение этого зуба 2130€.а мне вернули только 130- комиссия.и сказали,что моя гарантия аннулирована.в течении 1 недели у меня 2 раза выпала коронка.сейчас у меня большие проблемы.

Had to go to dentist, had root canal, filling and also tooth replaced at dci dental clinic when I was on holiday in hisaronu, was recommended by lady in our hotel who had just had full set veneers put in. Omg her teeth were amazing. Would highly recommend I am very nervous with dentists but they were very good I dealt with Taner Gurol oh and I was picked up and taken back to my hotel excellent service as I said would highly recommend 100 percent this was dci clinic fethiye

I got in contact with DCI earlier this morning to enquire and about some composite bonding. After being quoted a ridiculous price the staff member then proceeded to recommend “I go to India” if I wanted a cheaper price. Not only is this racist, it’s completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I’m disgusted and traumatised by my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone - especially British people who are used to a certain level of professionalism.

From the first visit, until the end, they proved a very kind and professional attitude .The clinic is one very modern and well maintained. I want to  thank you and  appreciate here especially to Dr. Helin, Selin, Dr. Ayfer , Nurse Merve and not last one to Miss Zoe who helped us with communication ,accommodation and transport from Airport to Clinic, Hotel and back.

Unprofessional! The torture of installing crowns! I came for the first time to install implants and everything was relatively good, except for the terrible unsanitary conditions. (Doctors work without masks and protective equipment, clothes don't look clean, but more on that later....) The second time I came to install crowns, and that's where it started! It turns out that after the implants were installed, I had to make temporary crowns, which I had to wear before installing permanent ones. But no one suggested this, as a result of which my bite changed and I had to install crowns on adjacent teeth with the appropriate turning. And the laboratory made strange crowns that didn't fit anyone. All the patients were unhappy, and some were in tears of disappointment. Every day, the doctor screwed and unscrewed the abutments and crowns, and they were not the right size, but of course everyone was silent about this and made a very professional appearance. It should be especially noted the arrogance and unprofessionalism of Alina's manager, she never gave a reasonable and complete answer to my questions! I just wrested certificates for implants and crowns from her with a fight! I do not know what they did to me, but for two days, when trying on the next crowns, I cried in pain. At the same time, the doctor injected anesthesia several times, but it was useless. The tools and nozzles for the drill were falling all the time and the nurse washed them with plain water! The horror! I had a huge bruise on my face, my gums hurt unbearably and I drank the strongest painkillers and antibiotics for about a month. As a result, when I managed to get into my mouth normally and see what they had done there, it turned out that the crowns on the implants were smaller than my native teeth were, the teeth close only in a static state, I can't chew on this side, it's not convenient and painful!. I give you some advice, do not choose this clinic, it has not yet grown to professionalism!

Implants Torture at DCI
I had implants in February. When the Xray was done, there was a dark spot on my lower jaw which turned out to be an abscess.

I didn't know this at the time as I had no pain.

The procedure was started , 2 upper and 2 lower. I was given the usual local anaesthetic and the dentist began. All was well until he began work on my lower jaw . I felt absolutely everything . It was absolute torture. The dentist injected me several more times and proceeded with the implant. The anaesthetic did not work at all.
Any dentist knows that local anaesthesia will not work effectively where there is an abscess.
I was Promised pain free treatment at DCI in Fethiye. I was severely traumatised. I remember paying for the implants then I left . I returned in September 2023 to have the procedure completed but, the trauma of my February visit re-surfaced and I could not go through with the treatment.

I decided to stick with normal dentures which ordinarily would have cost less bur DCI still wanted the full price as if they had done further surgery.

I should have been given a passport ( guarantee) for my implants in February when I paid in full for them but I had to threaten legal action in September to get the guarantee.

In short , I was Promised pain free procedure. This was not the case. I should have been compensated for the incompetence of the clinic, I wasn't, the cost of the second phase should have been reduced as the scope of the work was reduced but they still wanted the price quoted for implant retained dentures even though I no longer wanted them.

I should have been given the implant passport upon completion of the implants in February, I had to threaten legal action in September before I got that.

I had the implants checked by another dentist via xray and they said the implants were perfectly placed and in very good position. The work had been done by a competent surgeon and the implants themselves could not be any better.

The second dentist who gave this opinion was horrified that the work was done with an abscess and even more worried that I had not been given the implant passport upon completion of the procedure in February.

Şimdi 3 ay bekleme sürecindeyim ,estetik kaygım olmadan konuşup, gülebiliyorum ,işlem tamamlandığında nasıl görüneceğinden hiç tereddüdüm yok .Dr. Tufan Evrenosoğlu ve tüm ekibe (isimlerini yazmayı isterdim bu muhteşem ekibin ama tek tek öğrenemedim henüz beni affetsinler ) çok ama çok teşekkür ederim ,Emekli bir sağlıkçı olarak diyebilirim ki özlediğimiz beklentimiz olan yakınlık ve sıcaklığı hissettirdiler. Klinik arayışında olan hastalarımıza önerebileceğim tek klinik.

I went to DCI for a check up and teeth cleaned. The procedure was carried out in a very professional manner and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Had a a procedure done that I couldn’t afford in my home country. I have a huge fear of dentists, but here I had the procedure done painlessly and much cheaper. Even combined with a nice hotel vacation, I still saved money and had the best treatment I could ask for
