I am writing this letter with genuine gratitude and deep appreciation for the exceptional service provided by DC Mobile Notary. In a time when true customer care is increasingly rare, this company stands out in every possible way.
From the very beginning, the staff at DC Mobile Notary went above and beyond. We were working under an extremely tight and stressful time frame, needing FBI background checks apostilled and expedited. We clearly communicated our urgency and the importance of timing, and from that moment on, they treated our situation as if it were their own.
They didn't simply offer reassurances - they delivered on every promise. They picked up the documents exactly when they said they would and overnighted the paperwork immediately. When an unexpected and incredibly frustrating UPS error occurred - something completely outside of their control - they did not deflect responsibility or offer excuses.
Instead, they took action.
They personally drove to the UPS store, retrieved the misplaced package themselves, and then went even further by paying for Next Day Air with Saturday delivery to ensure there would be no further delays. That level of personal accountability, urgency, and commitment is exceptionally rare.

Having read the good reviews, I trusted US mobile notary with two valuable documents. The representative explained the process in detail, sent someone to come to the house to pick them up, and delivered them to the correct offices for apostilles. One of the apostilled documents has already been delivered to the designated embassy and the other is in the works. These guys were wonderful. So responsive. I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience with DC Mobile Notary reminded me of an “old-timey” company. The kind of company that listened, responded, was reasonable, pleasant and did all the things I asked of them for a very reasonable fee. I traveled all the way from New Jersey to DC to have my documents apostille and I had the best experience that anyone could ask for. DC Mobile Notary made it so easy and they were very professional. Jules was very kind, accommodating and explained each step to have my documents done properly. Alibek was very professional and very efficient. He made sure that we were able to go home the same day and had our documents apostilled sooner than we anticipated. Useful if you dont have to go down to the local govt notary and wait around. But expensive I think at $250 + $25 per apostilled document.
