D C Performance Reviews

Very prompt service. Easy to communicate with.

I had trouble souring a replacement Koni damper for my car. Everywhere I tried said they were on back order from koni for about a month+. DC managed to get one to me within 2 weeks, delivered next day on a Saturday from when they received it, really helped me out. I'll definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have ordered from DC, but the first time I have just used the website to place an order. Zero fuss, super quick, and excellent service. My previous experience, (also excellent) had Dan from DC sourcing me parts from a German supplier. Lovely staff, great comms, excellent web ordering, and an all round top company. Definitely the best performance parts supplier I have used.

Ordered hubcentric wheel spacers for a 106 Gti, took a few days for delivery but well worth the wait H&R supply the bolts to the hub with the kit.. spacers are a very important bit of kit to have correct and these are 100%👍

Very good communication after sales. Would recommend.

Excellent efficient service, I had a query, which was answered and resolved straight away via email.

I bought soem brake parts and DC Performance double checked with me, since they wouldn't fit the car I had isted in my'garage' on their website. I i have bought a second car and had chosen correctky for that car, but it was great service by them.

They were also the cheapest I saw anywhere online.

Really great communication and advice given throughout purchase. Was kept updated and suspension kit arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to all. A++

Great service very reliable and good pricing

Ordered some parts for my old Mini R56, not only did we get good advice but they also checked we had ordered the correct parts as some had various sizes. Added to the best price we could find and delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Excellent. Thanks

Absolutely excellent company. So efficient. I ordered shocks for my van and received them within a couple of days. They were perfect, packed well and exactly as ordered.
I originally found them on the Koni site. They were recommended by Koni. I then looked at their reviews which were outstanding.
Thank you for your service

Can’t fault their service; product I bought wasn’t on their site but was loads cheaper than others and was dispatched really quickly.

Service is brilliant, I do recommend fantastic service.

Had issues with DPD parcel company and they sort it out.
Will definitely buy again from DC performance.

This was my first order with DC Performance and I was extremely pleased with the whole process. The purchase was easy and the items arrived extremely quickly so I will definitely consider using DC Performance for my next purchase.

A superb level of customer service. Always happy to answer my questions and, if they didn't know the answer immediately, they always called back when they said they would.
A brilliant customer experience.
