Item never arrived

Order for a pair of trainers was despatched pretty quick but I never received them despite dpd claiming on the tracking they were delivered. I was in all day and no attempt was made. Sent an email to DC shoes only to get an automated reply that did not help in any way. There is no customer service number and it appears a real person will not deal with your issue. In the end I reversed charged the transaction with my bank as I don’t think DC shoes will do anything to help or even respond to the issue.

The delivery takes almost twice as long as it should and I wasn't allowed to use my welcoming coupon when ordering so I started getting spammed with junk mail in my inbox without any reward for it. I like DC shoes but my last pair, which I'm replacing with my current order, didn't even last a year before they fell apart.

Unfortunately, after 18 days my order has still not arrived! After trying to get hold of customer services, I only had a response from a bot telling me me order had been delivered. My DPD tracking has been saying the parcel is in the Netherlands for the last 14 days. They really need better communication & to fulfil their orders properly. Just awful!!!!!

Well iv had numerous items and only had missing orders twice n got sorted very quickly

Tried to get help by submitting 2 separate contact form. Got what can only be assumed was an automated response which didn’t help. Replied to these as it states you could, no response has been received and it has been over a week now. Order still not received. Tracking states order has been ‘on its way to its final destination’ for 16 days. No other ways to contact offered no options to make a complaint. Very poor service, would not use again.

Item never recoved

Parcel is lost and has been for a week and customer service is abysmal. Their only contact is through an email which returns generic automated responses.

Raising a formal complaint, as I am currently out of pocket and the retailer is essentially uncontactable and unresponsive.

Ordered on the 21st May and had to chase up DPD who said it had been returned to DC Shoes, sent several emails to chase my order and had no response, had to go hunting for a telephone number and spoke to someone who said its been returned but didn't give any reason and had to have a refund, no option for a replacement to be sent which I would've preferred and a discount code has been offered but surely it'll happen again.

I have no faith in this company now.

Nice products at good prices

Haven't received my order despite multiple emails and an enquiry through paypal. Ive been a loyal dc customer for 20+ years but I'll take my business elsewhere. Embarrassing.

No Shoes for the second time. Just stuck in Holland according to DPD. This is the second time this has happened after I've ordered following a social media advertising campaign. No response from my ticket asking where the trainers are other than the automated nonsense reply. Gave up and got a PayPal refund. It reminded me that I've been here before with DC shoes. Ordered and forgot about it. 5 weeks later I got a refund..... no explanation or notification, just a refund. Looks like a scam to generate cash flow!!!!

Part of my order was cancelled, then the rest of the order never arrived.
There was no contact from customer support. My support ticket went unanswered for over a month! I had to search online for an actual number to call.
They were unable to resend my order and asked me to place a new one. The items I chose were on sale but aren't anymore so there is no chance I'm risking ordering from here again.
They didn't offer me a refund till I called and if I had never called I doubt they would have refunded me at all.

Awful customer service, my parcel went missing and DC are ignoring my emails and have no contact number

Didn't receive my order, can't contact a human even though i send so many emails, dpd have told me the parcel was returned to them and never entered the UK but dc shoes website say its been delivered, can't speak to anyone about a refund

Order was broken up over 3 weeks which wasnt on the order when buying. In 2026 its normal to have updated tracking info on any online order. I'd be hesitant to order again as im not sure when i would actually recieve my items

Haven’t received order within time scale no updates . Customer service doesn’t reply and now DPD states deleivered but still in Netherlands since 28/5

Received a damaged pair of trainers, opened a customer support ticket about this but am being ignored. Also have not received the second pair of shoes in my order, again am being ignored. Shocking customer service.
