Poor delivery and customer service....they came eventually but 5 days later than it was said when ordered. Trying to get an answer from customer support...... impossible

Stop using AI tools to solve your problems as it’s a huge fail and cuts human communication off and that’s why I have had a nightmare trying to cancel an order through it taking two weeks to receive (after I have left for France) and it still turned up because your phone lines are turned off ….jokers

I ordered a pair of trainers for my wife, and initially everything appeared to be going smoothly. The trainers were dispatched within the timeframe stated on the DC Shoes website.

However, after waiting for the delivery, I checked the order status and was surprised to see that it had been marked as delivered, despite nothing arriving at my address.
I later discovered that the tracking information had been sent to my junk email folder. The tracking also stated that the parcel had been delivered. I checked with my neighbours to see whether the parcel had been left with anyone nearby, but nobody had received it. I also checked my home CCTV, which clearly showed that there had been no delivery to my property during the relevant period. The only delivery recorded that day was an Amazon parcel, which was put through my letterbox.

I contacted DC Shoes to report the missing parcel but received no response. With no resolution from DC Shoes, I had no choice but to contact my bank and raise a dispute. I was advised that the process could take at least 45 days.

Then, around a week before the dispute was due to conclude, DC Shoes finally contacted me. They offered to issue a refund, but only if I closed the dispute first. I contacted my bank for advice, and they advised me not to close the dispute until the refund had actually been received, to protect my position.

The 45-day dispute period eventually passed without DC Shoes providing a response to my bank, and the dispute was therefore resolved in my favour. I received my money back through the bank.

While I am pleased that I eventually recovered my money, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, the failure to resolve the missing delivery, and the fact that I had to go through a lengthy bank dispute to recover my money have left a very poor impression.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not buy from or recommend DC Shoes again.

Item arrived damaged(split eyelet), emailed & filled in contact form, haven't had a response, sent item back but when requesting item to be sent back no option for damaged item.

Took ages to receive order and magically turned up a few days after I asked for refund and to cancel the order, even though I had brought other trainers due to this order taking weeks on end.

Easy to order, it took around two days for me to get an email saying they had been shipped, but then delivery was very quick, like a day or two.
The shoes are comfy, fit well and will be nice and warm for winter!

The shoes are lovely, good quality. Only problem is the delivery takes ages!!! I placed my order and decided to contact them after a week cus they hadn’t even been dispatched yet. I got a reply within minutes from a bot, I sent a reply back and got nothing. Eventually when my shoes did dispatch I was told there would be a tracking number and there wasn’t. Or if there was it wasn’t in the place they told me it would be. I was completely blind with this order. After almost 2 weeks they eventually did show up. Just be very wary about this delivery process when you order.

Delivered within 2 days. Competitively priced and of superior quality expected from DC Shoes.

Utterly appalling customer service from DC shoes. Ordered a backpack and shoes for my son returning to school. Knew there would be a boy a wait for delivery but realised they had sent a pic of the wrong bag on my order confirmation so emailed straight away to ask for clarification that it was just a pic for illustration purposes and got a bot response asking for a pic of the wrong items received. Responded and advised again the issue and tumbleweed. Followed up a week or so after and had nothing back again. Got an email saying my order had been dispatched eventually but the link with the tracking wasn’t really a link at all so when Royal Mail inevitably messed up the delivery I have no tracking information to provide them with. So the only option I have now is to wait until the weekend and have myself at the sorting office between 8-10 am to collect the parcel that I paid them to deliver to my home. Absolute shambles of a company. One bot response to roughly 4 emails. I wouldn’t even say terrible customer service, I’d say non existent customer service.

Customer services are hopeless. Order came through with an incorrect address, that cust. services could not change. It was then delivered to said address but returned to sender. In the mean-time i had changed current accounts and bank cards, but again customer services were not able to change my details so i have no shoes and no money !!

I’ve been a loyal DC Shoes customer for around 18 years, and the quality has always been amazing. The products are well made, durable and fairly priced, and I’ve genuinely never had a single issue with anything I’ve bought.

I think the best proof of the quality is that I’m still wearing the very first DC hoodie I bought 18 years ago — and it’s still going strong!

After all these years, DC is still a brand I trust and happily keep coming back to. Great quality, great value and products that are genuinely made to last.

Poor service all round since being taken over

Your customer service is 💯 crap Iv been waiting 3days regarding a order which was incorrect on the receipt ,so Iv been trying to get hold of you before you send it but it seems you are ignore all contacts Iv tried making ,so I as a customer got to go through the process of waiting two weeks untill you send the wrong pair ,aweek to receive ,a week till you claim u got the incorrect trainers you sent out and then another 3-5 days till I get my money back 😡😡😡😡😡first time ever trying your brand and fair to say YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT AND IF I KNEW THIS I WOULDNT HAVE SPENDING MY MONEY WITH YOU
