These products are a great fit, offering the comfort and freedom with great cup. The cup is the best i have ever experienced in these type products. Would recommend to anyone. Bought one then bought them again, so comfy.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve made several purchases from Deadgoodundies and have been happy with all of them. They have a wide choice and their communication and posting times have been excellent.

Purchased several items of underwear from this online retailer for the first time.
I duly stored the items purchased in their original packaging to wear at a later date.
Upon opening up the referred to underwear it was apparent that two items were defective. Although these items were outside of the warranty period by a month or so they had not been previously worn, had been stored in the original packaging and neither was there any instructions enclosed for special storage conditions.

I emailed the retailer and received a short response to which I replied and confirmed my statutory consumer rights which the retailer refused to accept.

I can understand why a third of the reviews for this retailer are one star based on my experience. I have only made one purchase but that will be my last!

Businesses like Deadgoodundies should never be allowed to trade and I for one will celebrate when that day arrives!

The Consumer Rights Act gives the customer the legal right to either obtain a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get them repaired - depending on how long they have owned them. As I have owned them longer than 6 months the following applies -;
• Six months or longer: You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on the consumer to prove the product is faulty, which done so by providing photographic evidence.
Beyond the first 30 days of ownership, The consumer is entitled to a full or partial refund instead of a repair or replacement if the following is true:
• a repair or replacement is impossible.

Satisfactory quality: Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. You should ask what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory for the goods in question. One aspect of a product being of satisfactory quality is durability, in other words how long it lasts.
Durability takes into account many different factors like product type, brand reputation, price point and how it is advertised. The item manufacturer are considered to be a premium brand of men’s underwear which is further confirmed by the brands high pricing. As two unworn items of underwear have deteriorated within a short period of time they are considered to not be durable, and therefore not of a satisfactory quality. Which is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

It is also noteworthy that the Consumer Rights Act also allows the consumer up to 6 years of protection against faulty or defective goods not 6 months as the retailer believes.

The retailer finally states that they have only 4 negative reviews on Trustpilot, however those negative reviews represent 40% of all reviews, The retailer confirms he is "Pretty Happy" having 40% negative reviews!

Purchase from this retailer at your own peril!

Been a happy customer of DGU for years. If you love your thongs and G-strings, this is the place to go! Bin those boring pants guys! Queries are dealt with promptly, often using photos or measurement guides to help. The vast product range, styles and colours are always being added to which means there is something for everyone. Website navigation is a doddle, the photos and descriptions give you a great idea of what you will get. Super quick delivery too.

Their prices are good, they communicate quickly and were really helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Items arrive quickly and their range of stock is really wide and easy to search for.

Very poor business and bad decisions! ordered and paid for Next Day and not delivered. Told cannot be delivered. I called them and they didn't even try and sort this out with Royal Mail. Valentines completely ruined!

The first time i've used this company and will NEVER use again

Bad refund policies, idiotic customer service and bad quality to much expensive prices. Don't buy there.

Generally I don't write reviews but I felt that I ought this one. First time I bought from DGU and I was very impressed by their service. I had trouble choosing the correct size of a particularly difficult garment so I e-mailed them for help. The response came immediately and in my amazement the staff had photographed different sizes of the cloth with rulers at the side so as to see the real dimensions. I placed the order and again in my surprise it was dispached immediately. All these in an afternoon. It arrived quikly despite the difficult times of the virus epidemic. This is customer service of another level and I can only wish the best to the hard working staff and highly recommend them.

I've been a very good customer over probably about 15 years to Deadgoodundies, over which time I've spent a lot with them. I've never complained, I've always left them good feedback and even if there's been any issue I've never returned anything or complained. I recently found I was blocked by them on eBay and my account was gone on their own website. I can only assume it was an error as there is no cause for it, and I have contacted them via eBay and via their site to ask why. Unfortunately they don't have the courtesy to reply and tell me why or do anything about it. The long and short or it is that this company has no respect for a customer of about 15 years, they have a poor customer service attitude and they will lose a lot of sales as a consequence. I have no time for companies like this and I suggest if you have a choice you buy from elsewhere.
