You can't trust them, I often have complications and this time I ordered 7 shoes and only received 2 pairs. Its been a month and they never answered back to my email... They stole so much money from me... If they don't have it in stock anymore I don't mind getting a refund but the fact that they stole my money, that's really disappointing

Worst company ever. Take FOREVER to ship items. Do not answer emails. Took my money no problem though. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

Despite delays with orders agent Jessica was very helpful in ensuring that I could receive my order in a timely manner as I was scheduled to travel and needed the item before doing so. The overall experience was satisfactory and I will definitely be shopping again.

Be aware of Livestock or Deadstock!
It is unfortunate in this day and age that small stores will take advantage of people, telling you 7 days return policy (their website actually says 14 days return policy for in store purchases) which turns out to be in store credit only. 5 days after purchase unused shoes can't be returned for money back. It's a trick they play. Read the small print on your receipt which is different than the website. We're not the first and won't be the last to get burned by Livestock Vancouver. Buyer beware of this poorly run business which operates in the sketchiest neighbourhood of Vancouver!

I ordered a pair of Nike Blazer women’s sneakers on June 11th, they shipped out right away and were delivered on the 14th. Couldn’t ask for quicker service. The sneakers themselves were perfect as well. Awesome service.
Disappointing
Disappointing! My friend ordered me Commes des Garçon converse from their site, along with other gifts from other places. When I’m actually ready to wear the shoes we realize they sent a mens 8.5 not a womens 8.5, which she specified when she ordered and even asked them as converse can get confusing. Given the run around about restocking fee’s and other nonsense, in order to exchange the shoes, we didn’t even want a refund, just the same pair different size. If you are looking for a headache and added stress, shop here; otherwise stick to ssense or other reputable companies. Their customer service is terrible!

Hands down absolute worst shopping experience I’ve had in my life. I ordered a gift for my best friend, I got some shoes from this site as well as other high end pieces I placed in a huge gift basket. I sent my friend her gift from where I live to where she’s at which of course took some time since she lives in the complete opposite continent of where I stay. By the time she got her gift and tried the shoes on they didn’t fit which was about two months later since I had to wait for comme des garçon shoes, a balenciaga bag, baccarat perfume, and finally bottega heels. What I ordered from awful website was the comme des garçon shoes which stated that they were a 8.5 WOMANS which I took a photo of and they sent a 8.5 MENS which is a 10.5 WOMANS. I end up contacting customer service two months and some change after I placed the order to let them know hello you’ve sent the wrong size, for them to tell me it’s unisex we don’t carry WOMANS and I’m like well your website was misleading what can be done to fix this. I was told you because it had been over 7 days no exchange or full return however I can return and lose 25% restocking fee. I explain when someone gets a gift they don’t wear it or use it the same day you wait for the occasion which was why it had been some time. With every email I got they would say yes you can send them back, then a few days later I would get a follow up emailing saying no you can’t send them back. Imagine on my final email I spoke to Artem the (Head of Customer Service) and was told send it back within 3 weeks to then get an email less than three days later by yet another employee named Tish saying again it’s not possible. It’s the common courtesy they lack to realize they had INCORRECT information on THEIR SITE! Furthermore because of the fact I explained that the shoe box is gone because it was a gift basket, and it had been approximately 2 months after the order was placed you would think there would be something done since YOUR website had wrong information!! Imagine this being the least expensive gift I got and it being the only one to give a hassle to rectify. The best part is I normally either go to the actual store when I buy certain brands I like or I order on SSENSE and the only reason I went with this horrible business again is because they lied and said they had the 8.5 WOMANS to be told oh it’s unisex we only carry it in mens so go figure after my dispute they fix the site to no longer say WOMANS but I’ve already taken the screenshot of when I initially purchased them. So nice try!

Great delivery time if in Canada. Was very nervous when i first bought off there website due to the reviews on here but I ordered shoes that were sold out almost everywhere but found my size on this site and got them shipped and delivered in 4 days. 2 days ahead of expected delivery date. Excellent service.
Took my money
Took my money, held it for a week, sold the shoes elsewhere where and then told me I was getting a refund which would take a week.
Gave them a two week loan and ended up with nothing.

just a horrible online experience, placed an order for some sneakers, 2 weeks later and no news, no shipping updates at all, the phone number on the website is not even working, send an email and finally get a response that the order can't be fulfilled and was canceled, the sad part is that if I didn't reach out who knows how long they would have held on to my money, Never again will I buy from them, Unprofessional
