Spam company ordered a jumper in January. Emailed initially responded reassuring it take up to 13 days still no sign request money back heard nothing. Website is gone not registered to companies house. Complete scam be warned.

Poor quality and refund has not been received
Purchased jacket from D&L and waited along time for delivery. When it finally arrived the jacket was nothing like the picture. Quality was very poor and cheap. Decided to send coat back which has to go back to China! Returning is very expensive. Four weeks later I have not received my refund and no response from their Support email address. I would avoid Dean and Lora at all costs.

Edit. I was now refunded by my bank as I opened a case against them so good news however they still avoid me and won't reply to my messages. I now have two jackets worth no more than £10 for the both of them and they sell for £65 each. Their company is registered in Netherlands and all products are cheap, low quality Chinese items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I bought this beautiful jacket advertised on Facebook and paid £65 for it. It's leather etc so worth it, you think. When I received it, it was damaged and the quality of packaging and the jacket itself is just the cheapest possible you can get from China. This is not a real London company. It's Chinese.and they are impersonating someone they're not to help them sell it. When I challenged them to return for a refund, they denied and sent another jacket to me.as that's cheaper for them. I'm still disputing this with my bank as this whole thing is fraudulent and they're not following my consumer rights to return and get a refund. ABOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AS TEYRE SACAMMERS.

Total scam, absolute con. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, received absolute crap and it cost me £100, goods received after a month wait, and I’ve got no way of sending them back as they’re is no website now available. JUST DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

Very poor quality from China
Very poor quality from China. Say they have a 30 day return policy but website disappeared "under maintenance ". A complete scam, avoid avoid

Stay away unless you like low quality rubbish and a chase for weeks to get products…
You have to chase and chase for them even to send your order they lie about lost parcels they lie about orders being sent you have to email atleast 4 times daily for weeks for then to even send out and if you order multiple iteams they dont send out as one order you have to chase again for thw remaining and the quality is awful definitely not worth the hassle or money better quality and price on temu or one of thw other low cost Chinese rubbish places. Better still spend a couple pound more and get decent clothes from a local retailer stay away if I could give minus I would but they do always answer the emails even if its all lies and repeat is so I guess they deserve 1 star.
Just to add a reply to the shame company I never once said I didn't receive the items otherwise I would not have been able to coment on the poor quality of the clothes trying to return them is another struggle you have to argue and fight for anything stop selling poor quality clothing at high price and make it clear you are just another shame chinese company no family company rubbish

This company is a scam
This company is a scam . The goods are rubbish and when needing to return them it has to go to China even though the Company says London. So it’s not worth the effort. Beware.
