Good communications throughout and spot on delivery by Dean
Good communications throughout. A special mention to the delivery driver, Dean. He called to give me an estimated time of arrival when he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived he was very personable and helpful unloading and getting the doors into the property without harm to ourselves or the doors.
The doors are fab btw. They arrived well packaged. When unwrapped they look just as good as on the website.
Well done all.

Good looking doors
Having taken delivery of the new Oak doors the whole package from start to finish was satisfactory, although the doors were ordered through UK Oak Doors. The doors look very good.
The delivery too was excellent and the driver was very courteous by bringing them into the house with help from myself. (Definitely a two person activity.)Good looking doors

Just taken delivery of Windsor white primed doors and just from helping to take them into the house we can tell the quality of them.
Easy ordering service, kept up to date with delivery details and delivery guy was great and very helpful.

A second delivery from Deanta which was as excellent as the first.
From Katie who answered my queries to the transport manager who was able to accommodate my delivery time and the driver who was polite and helpful.

Shocking attitude from the first…
Shocking attitude from the first delivery driver (there ended up being 2). Delivery was described as delivery to the ground floor and not more than 10m from the front door and this was confirmed by the logistics team when being booked in. My reality was the driver refused to help me carry them in meaning they would have been left outside on a pallet in the rain. I had no choice to refuse the doors as couldn’t risk them getting destroyed. The driver had already unloaded them off onto my drive but proceeded to asked me for help to reload them! I refused as he had earlier. I then got a cancellation email stating that the delivery was unsuccessful because I wasn’t available to assist which complete lies as well as infuriating. The driver couldn’t reload the doors himself so they sent another driver to help him (2.5 hrs after the initial delivery). The second driver was a gentleman and offered to complete the delivery whilst the first driver sat back and watched. Eventually got the service promised and paid for but not without a morning of sever stress.

Absolutely delighted with the doors I ordered, although doors were supplied from a local main timber company not directly from Deanta.
I bought 4 Montreal light grey oak doors and the quality really surprised me how good they actually are, the chippy who fitted doors said they were the best quality doors he has ever fitted.

Absolutely first class. Great product, beautiful quality, good trimming alliance (much bigger than the competition), reasonable prices, fast delivery, well packaged, good driver, arrived in perfect condition. 10/10. My only suggestion is to also offer frosted glass.

Fantastic experience with Deanta, ordered my doors on Monday delivery was arranged for Wednesday and got an email to say they would be delivered between 10 and 12 and the driver phoned to say he was 5 minutes away. Very friendly delivery driver.

Clive, our delivery driver
Our delivery driver, Clive, was excellent. Our house is not easy to find and although the satnav directed him a mile down the road he used his common sense.
The delivery spot was quick but not a lot of notification given. It all worked well for me though.
