Trying to get my money back is a joke for a toy that’s fake!making out there a uk based store do not buy from this place

Bought a now obviously fake Needoh marketed as genuine. Smells really strongly of chemicals. My child is really disappointed and has been exposed to toxic chemicals. Really upsetting experience.

I am very disappointed with my order from Dear Cece. The Needoh and dumpling squishies were advertised and priced as if they were genuine products, but when they arrived it was obvious they were fake.

The Needoh squishies have a strong chemical smell and do not feel like authentic Needoh products at all. The quality is poor and raises concerns about what materials were used.

The dumpling squishy was also clearly not genuine. The outer wrapper did not even have the “Dumplings” branding printed on it, which authentic versions normally have.

Considering the high prices charged, I expected authentic products. Instead, I received items that appear to be counterfeit and of much lower quality than advertised. I would not recommend buying squishies from this shop unless you are prepared to receive products that may not be genuine.

On July 20th, 2024 I ordered a T-shirt and a Sweatshirt. On July 24th, I received an email stating my order had been shipped. A few weeks later when I hadn't received my order, I checked the tracking. It showed the order had been delivered, but I didn't get it. I went to their website and filled out the form letting them know. A few more weeks went by with no response, so I filled out the form a second time. Still no response.

UPDATE: while I never got a response from them, I did receive my order. rating updated from 1 star to 3

Horrendously poor quality.
Zero cotton. 100% cheap nylon and other scratchy synthetic materials.
Completely unbearable.

Paid 53 pounds for to jackets never receive them , send emails not get one single reply unbelievable how this still online and still scamming more people

Don't waste your money on these products. This is the first and last time I order from these online companies. (Dearonce) I ordered several blouses. The order took two months to get here and it was only half of the blouses I ordered. I opened the first one and noticed it the flowers and lace were stamped on. I was so disappointed. The blouses were large but looked like extra extra large pillowcases with holes on the side. The cheap material looked like the outdated '70's jersey. They looked nothing like the pictures online. These companies should be banned from selling their products the US.

they are definitely crooks... they claim their desire to make you 100% satisfied. Then when the products are defective, they require you to mail it back to China and at your cost including custom fees. All of that will often cost more than the product.

I ordered over $100 of shirts, shoes, and one pair of pants. The shoes sent were the wrong size, and the sandles were made of plastic. The shirts were the fabric shown, but the style was completely not what was shown in the picture. The sizescwere not consistane—even tho the shirt was marked large, it was definately a small. The capri pants with lace inset ended up being pj cloth with lace drawn on the leg. I asked for a return label and kept getting a run around. Finally the told me to send it back and they would refund 30%. The price to send back was not to be refunded! And that return postage was greater than what i paid! Do not deal with these people.theyarecrooks!

How can the United States allow such scam companies from China take Americans money like this. I am so infuriated at myself for ordering something from this company, and losing money. A big rip off, shame on the USA for allowing such scams .

I have tried to reach this company for days about my order that was ordered in May.I paid over 51.00 for it and it is lost in the shipping and can't get them to respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like such an idiot…spent over $150 for several garments of inferior quality and told to mail it back to China for a refund. Even though it was shipped to me from Fontana, CA. I don’t think so…

I never received the product even though the money was taken out and items paid for.

Not made for American women. No room for boobs. Don’t buy from china. Poor fabric, poor sewing, poor sizing. Deserves 0. Stars. Heed my words. Looks good, waste of money.

Items ordered were received but did not appear as the picture. The sizes were not even close to what was ordered and I could not even try them on they were so small to the size. It appeared to me that the company has bolts of the fabrics and makes them after you place the order according to the print and appearance of the fabric, but not the appearance of the style. Sending back to Company costs more than you originally paid. We need to get this Company from not being able to sell to anyone ordering from the USA, Also, I received no invoice and had no phone number, I tried to see if this was a foreign country and did not see any. As someone else stated, this Company is sending unwanted junk and pocketing the money because we are unable to return, They do not publish a phone number so before you purchase you can get help with your purchase. Was there even a size guide on the orderd form? Nothing. Run away from this Company and others that show the same items because they are all one company and taking us all for everything they can.

Not 1 piece was sized to fit! Never, ever, ever order
for this company! It took days for them to respond to
my chat request and it was simple to say. "Mail it back
to another country! " They know exactly what they are doing.

It is impossible to use this site. When I click on any of the links for their clothing, all of them go to a 400 Bad Request page.This is also true of the site's "contact us" link, so there's no way of letting them know about this problem. I thought it was something temporary when I first encountered this problem, but this has been going on for months. I have no idea how they do business. I doubt that I'm the only person who's having this experience.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. STAY OFF OF THIS WEBSITE.....THE DRESS LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, POORLY MADE, STITCHING WAS BUNCHED UP. TRIED TO SEND IT BACK. IT MUST BE SENT TO CHINA, COULD COST WITH CUSTOMS OVER $100. YOU DON'T SPEAK TO ANYONE.

The material was not what was advertised. The tops were very thin. The size was too small. Even though I placed an order for 3X the clothes were more like a large. Dearonce insists that the clothing be mailed back to China. It costs over $100.00 to do so. Can't afford that and not sure how long it would take to get there or even if I would get a refund. I should have trusted the Reviews that I read.

I was so disappointed in my order. The clothes were not anything like the pictures they were made of very cheap material and the size was way too small. Don’t be taken in by the cheap price.
