I telephoned early in the day to ask if.my prescription was ready to collect, it wasnt, so I asked if I collected near the end of the day could they please have it ready for me, as I had just had surgery the week before and was still in a lot of pain, so didn't want to be out long. Instead when I get there at 5pm, the prescription wasnt ready and I had to wait over half an hour for it to be ready!
I was in a lot of pain by the time I left there and not even an apology for the wait.
This is an ongoing issue with this branch, they never have medication ready when it is suppose to be, the service (not the ladies that work the front but the pharmacy team) is ridiculous and its time some improvements are made!!

Absolutely disgusted at service from this pharmacy can take them up yo 10 to deliver a prescription then not always get it right sorry lloyds ever left.

I would very much like to thank the staff at Kelty, I was given an appointment there yesterday after no success in getting a GP appointment at Oakley HC after 3 days, they were very thorough and prescribed me with medication I needed for a chest infection so once again thankyou so much.

The pharmacy team at the temple hall branch are so helpful and friendly it’s now our go to pharmacy for all our needs .
I phoned today ( New Year’s Eve) and spoke to Mandy as my husband had a blocked ear and had gone deaf . Then Spoke to Diane who offered to fit hubby in .
George did the needful and removed a huge clog of wax with their specialist machine . Hubby can hear now . Best £55 we have spent . Couldn’t have been more helpful , many thanks and a happy new year to you all

Excellent travel service. Kamil explained the various vaccines, how they worked and how they were administered. And for someone like me who hates injections he was brilliant!

Went in for advice from Pharmacist had to write down what was wrong, she came out and said what is the problem? I said I have written it down as I dont want to day in front of the shop. She then replied well I cant read your writing and we are very busy at the moment. Needless to say I was embarrassed and just left the shop when she said she couldnt help, so unprofessional!! She was a forgein lady, small with glasses.

Went to pick up my prescription from the "24/7/365 days a year" locker and it has been shut since Thursday (its now sunday) i understand its been christmas however why advertise being open 24/7 and 365 days if its not. As a result I have gone without my much needed medication which I thought I would be able to pick up. Disappointed. Glamis centre branch.

Kamil was extremely professional, humorous and friendly when giving us a vaccine and explaining their purpose. Painless jabs :)

Life changing! I am housebound and have pleaded with the Manager at Wells pharmacy Tranent to have my prescription dropped off even my doctor has pleaded with the manager and he has still refused. Unfortunately I have had to rely on my 12 year old amazing daughter to collect my prescription for me for the past 4 years! Even picking up diazepam, he should be disgusted with himself for disgusting customer service. My CPN has now contacted Dears Pharmacy Tranent High Street who are more than willing to drop my medication to my home address!! I can not thank them enough for taking all this stress away! I am absolutely blown away at how utterly amazing they are and will be eternally grateful!!! Thank you so very much! A truly caring pharmacy!!!!!

6After last month with part of my repeat prescription missing leaving me having to go back to it leaving me in great pain. This month i wanted to make sure all my repeat prescription was there and asked one of the staff is all my items out of the fridge, were he assured me they were . Got home and surprise same item from last month was missing, left me fuming, had to phone and they said that it comes down on a different day, i said i have different dates on my prescription there were raised voices on both sides i might add, and had to go away back to dears, i felt they were trying to blame me for not getting the missing item and one of them said our staff dont have to put up with this i thought to myself nether do i. She said if it happens again she would bar me charming, maybe you need a system that works , absolutely no accountability. Update... emailed dears last month after sitting in the chemist for over an hour then pne of the staff came up and asked what i was waiting for, i said i told you when i came in that i had a prescription to pick up she took my name and date of birth whrn i first went in, urs been ever since the chemist changed hands clearly dear does not give one single care about patients, still waiting for a reply and now i have changed to a proper chemist . Ta

Chris at Ayr Road Newton Mearns Travel Clinic was totally professional, friendly , provided great advice re my trip to Japan and sorted out my Flu Vaccine at the same time.
I will definitely return and recommend.

A massive thank you to the pharmacist Kamil. I am travelling to Tanzania in a couple of weeks and left my vaccines very last minute as I didn’t realise I would need a booster. Kamil managed to fit me in without an appointment and do the vaccine I needed, as well as provide a full course of Malaria tablets. He was lovely, quick and very thorough in explaining everything. All other staff were lovely too. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks again!

I receive a daily prescription from dears and they are always fast and friendly, I would also recommend Isobelle for a promotion as she is always very helpful and friendly towards me and always asks me how my day is and how I’m feeling. Couldn’t be any better. J

I’m a recovering heroin addict where we as usually judged and treated differently in previous pharmacy’s, everybody has been lovely but above all ISOBELL has been amazing! She makes it feel like a small town chemist, she remembers your name, is kind and caring she will remember your partner, children and even animals names and asks how they are she is professional but also makes you feel like your with a friend! I have severe anxiety and she makes sure I’m served quickly and just her personality makes you feel safe!! The whole pharmacy is amazing! But isobell is just amazing!!

Another great consultation with Lauren at Dears pharmacy Leslie. Lauren is easy to talk to and she puts you at ease.

Total crap. Rang both chemists for 45 min and got no reply, there have been little mistakes since they started but for none of them to answer a phone is pathetic, i need my inhaler so il have to wait till 10.30 and ring the doctors

Great service, very nice people. Charlotte was very helpful with my blood test. I was served very quickly.
